Free off road parking The room we were given was drab and dreary. The beds were not comfortable and looked like wooden camp beds - with no pillows. No porter service hence no member of staff checked the room with us. The receptionist pointed out where breakfast would be and when but we assume the restaurant was not open for evening meals but nothing was mentioned. |

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and the cleaning lady added special touches, such as refolding our son's pajamas and placing his teddy bear on top. |

Cleanliness and Good Quality Price We feel that the food at dinner is not as good as it used to be, we have been staying there of and on for a couple of years now and the quality of the food has got worse, which is a shame because it was always very well priced and delicious. |

Gostei do conforto do hotel e dos serviços. Gostei do respeito existente pela privacidade do cliente e do facto de ser, apesar de estar no centro da cidade, um espaço tranquilo. |

Da simpatia do staff, da luminosidade do hotel e da sua localização no centro da cidade. Penso que o pequeno almoço poderia melhorar bastante sobretudo pensando nos hóspedes menos madrugadores |

O quarto era espaçoso e o estacionamento gratuito. As almofadas são muito baixas e a cortina do banho é tão leve que se cola ao corpo durante todo o duche. 5 minutos antes das 10h já pouco havia para comer, incluindo talheres. |
