The staff are as always very good The restaurant is a disapointment, still no vegetarian menu, and now you have only bottles of wine, I do not want to get drunk just enjoy a glass of wine with my meal.

The room was very clean and quite spacious, but old and out of fashion. Breakfast was OK. We stayed in this hotel just because it's convenient to visit Monsanto. There were not very much choice.

Good location, great staff, and free wifi, and free parking in the center of the city. The restaurant needs to do some work on its alternative menus, I am vegetarian and, omelettes or salads in the 21st century is not good enough. I was invited to say what I would like the chef to make, but as I did not know what the chef had in his kitchen I was guessing blind. He did do a very good stir fry vegetables on bed of boiled rice, but it was a big guess on my part.

Serviço e simpatia dos recepcionistas, e o hotel de uma maneira geral. Não gostei mesmo nada do serviço de pequeno almoço. Chegamos à sala às 09:35 e a escolha já era pouquíssima, não houve qualqyer reposição, e para além disso, o que é mais grave, a funcionária fez literalmente que não nos via. Nãio limpou mesa para nos sentar-mos, não respondia aos nossos chamamentos, e quando conseguimos que nos atendesse, não nos trouxe a colher que lhe foi pedida.Esta situação foi reportada na recepção.

Gostei do serviço de jantar. Não gostei do facto do chuveiro não funcionar e de um dos toalhões de banho estar sujo de rímel (possivelmente).

A dimensão reduzida das casas de banho. A limpeza das casas de banho poderia ser melhor, no chão muitos cabelos, chão manchado, toalhas já com muito uso e muito ásperas.

Esta abien situado, no hace falta vehículo para recorrer el centro de la ciudad y aun sin ser un hotel de lujo, es perfecto para una escapada de fin de semana.

het is een outdated hotel. Saai, liever niet langer dan 1 nacht verblijven. Er wordt matig onderhoud gepleegd, en dat is duidelijk te zien. maar als je voor een matige prijs in Castelo Branco wilt overnachten is er verder geen keus. En wat treurige sfeer, veel is redelijk oud en versleten.

A localização é previlegiada, a cem metros do centro. A recepçao foi cordial, quase familiar, diria excelente, como também o serviço do restaurante. As acomodações suficientes e primam pela limpeza e arrumação. O pessoal é simpático, cortez e profissional. Bom também o estacionamento privativo. Para recomendar e voltar.

Dispone de un restaurante aceptable, bien atendido y de precio moderado, lo que resulta muy cómodo. Igualmente el garaje, en los bajos del hotel, es amplio y cómodo. El grifo de la bañera tenía una importante fuga y no se podía utilizar la ducha. Lo malo es que se da uno cuenta por la mañana al levantarse, cuando ya no es posible cambiar de habitación. Mi habitación, 106, estaba frente a los ascensores y en el primer piso, celebrándose un banquete con baile en el comedor del hotel, por lo que había muchísimo ruido. Las camas son muy estrechas.

Um hotel simpático, com funcionários simpáticos e disponíveis. Serviço profissional, sem mácula. Tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável, sem luxos mas com qualidade. Tem garagem gratuita e internet wi-fi também grátis para os hospedes (não consegui ligar, mas não pedi ajuda). Ar condicionado no quarto, telefone, tv, mini-bar (com preços razoáveis). Máquina de engraxar no corredor do piso. Boa casa de banho com secador, shampoo e creme corporal (a cortina da banheira é que é muito curta e ao tomar duche levanta) Bom pequeno almoço, boa cozinha. Sala reservada, para grupos. Bar. Localização muito central, mas sossegada. Já lá tinha ficado algumas vezes e nunca nada me desagradou.
