the bedroom was comfortable but the bed pillows were too flat. NIce spacious bathroom.Good breakfast. There was no atmosphere-soulless with no character. The staff were not very friendly.The dinner menu was abysmal so never stayed for dinner.Was a bit too far from the town so used taxis a lot |

The hotel is bright clean and very relaxing. Rooms were very clean and beautiful fresh towels. Spacious bathroom with nice soaps etc.I found the hotel very quiet although it was low season. I couldnt imagine anyone having a genuine complaint about this hotel.. fantastic value and breakfast was super.Would return in the future and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is roughly a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach but they have a great free shuttle srevice to take you to the beach and old town or the new town called the Strip. |

cleanliness of room excellent, staff friendly, breakfast lovely i was very disappointed with the kids club, that was my whole reason on booking the hotel.there was nothing organised for kids.there was no atmosphere by the pool. kiddies pool was an none advent. |

Location is excellent, rooms were spotless, staff were friendly without intruding, hotel is run very professionally. There was a lack of information in the rooms regarding all of the excellent services available,eg swimming pool, sauna, squash court etc. |

Da localização e do tamanho do quarto. Muito bom também a nível de ausência de barulho. Deveria ter mini-bar no quarto. Falta espaço para estacionamento de viaturas. |

do pequeno almoço - buffet.do facto do o hotel ter garagem o que facilita bastante, e naturalmente sempre mais seguro e sem custos extras para o cliente. os quartos sao bons, espaçosos apenas as almofadas é que deixam a desejar. um incentivo a certos funcionarios do hotel a serem mais simpaticos, no restaurante - bar,mudarem as almofadas dos quartos, e tambem a colocaçao correcta dos horarios nos quartos. |

Las instalaciones estaban bien, está apartado de zonas que tengan ruido por lo que es muy tranquilo. Se encuentra un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad y de la playa. |

Bom estado permanente de limpeza. Jacuzzi Colocar mais locais de acesso a jacuzzi. A internet deveria ser gratuita. Não se justifica pagar hoje em dia o acesso à internet, pois existem formas muito economicas de colocar todos os clientes com acesso à internet e com despesas muito baixas para o Hotel. por este aspecto o hotel perde alguns pontos. As refeições deveria ser muito mais baratas. |
