Courtesy bus and large suite. Good gym and indoor heated pool.

No newspapers on sale in hotel. No kettle in room. Very little entertainment at night. Served reduced sized beverages and charged full price even though we were not all inclusive. Had to check the bar person on numerous occasions. No shop on site and no information leaflets in rooms. Finally the cost of wi fi was exorbitant when you consider all local bars supply free of charge.

it was overall a nice stay, but i would not say a four star experience the hotel staff were excellent but the hotel and location was a let down

the price of the dinner and evening meals were too expernsive to eat in the room was dusty and dirty the hotel is alot further away from beaches then it lets on but the shuttle bus was a help, however in peak times i feel alot of people wouldnt be able to board as there is only 27 seats and once its full thats it. the indoor swimming pool, spa staff rude n abrupt, and i don't understand why everyone has to wear swimming caps, our three year old was not impressed wit this rule and goin up to the pool there was water leaking everywhere on floor and up the stairs, bottom of the pool cracked,sandbags around the boottom of the post? and the changing rooms have no signs to tell you where they are? the steps leading into the pool was very unsafe and wobbly! breakfast choice was limited and not changed or varied at all, so there was no way i was going to pay the prices to eat dinner and tea there if breackfast was anything to go by there was not alot of info on what to do and where to go in the local area only expensive excursions, there was alot of niggly problems in this hotel and i dont think i would recommend it to anyone

I did not know the gym costs for hotel patrons however the staff were great and helped deal with any query r issue u had.

I liked the room, which was big and comfortable.

Food wasn't very good or varied and the drinks includedin the "all inclusive programme" are very limited and bad quality.

Male staff all very nice..............Room was cleaned to a very good standard. Location is very good for both old town and new town. Comfy hotel but the negatives are too negative for me to return.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights at the end of July 2012. We are 3 friends and shared a triple room. Room was comfortable enough for us. We stayed last year on the same dates. But what a difference a year makes. The hotel has dropped in standards............Its pushing all inclusive so all standards are ignored. They now charge you for the use of the gym......maddness as a guest that you have to pay to use the gym. Inside pool and jacuzzi broken for the 10 days.......on the upside they are free to use.............Will not stay here again. Outside pool way too small for the crowds trying to us it. Doors locked downstairs until 9 am. So if you want to bring your child outside for a walk around you have to go out the front door. Food just ok we went b and B. Bowls of canned fruit.......Why.....hot food never really hot. Bar food not a great choice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Real Bellavista in June 2012. The hotel was very nice, most staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rui at reception who was very helpful with changing our room and a fridge. The breakfast were very good, lots of choice and constantly replenished. Bedrooms very nice and roomy with a very spacious bathroom with excellent shower. Very pleasant and friendly maid. Location was ideal for us as it was quiet and felt safe at night. It is a distance to the beach but the hotel has a shuttle bus with goes to local beaches 4/5 times per day. Pool very busy and difficult to get a sun lounger as people always seemed to have towels down to "reserve" the beds from as early as 7am which I think is really unfare and shouldnt be permitted.

Good quality hotel with good staff. Excellent heated indoor pool, reasonable food, and good rooms.

Location a mile from sea front 30 mins walk uphill to return, beds a bit hard for me. When there is entertainment in the bar the noise level is unbearable we went out to drink.

The bar is a bit small, and some off the bar staff would not make any atempt to talk to us at all.

Todo perfecto, desde llegada hasta la vuelta, una atención perfecta y con profesionalidad, con especial mención al encargado del restaurante o comedor, persona muy profesional, entrañable, y preocupada por su trabajo. Comida muy buena y abundante, volvería a ir, y posiblemente en Agosto vaya de nuevo con la familia.

para un pero, creo que ninguno, aunque un poco desilusionado con la piscina cubierta, estaba vacia porque habian tenido problemas, y nos remitieron a la piscina pública.

O quarto que me foi atribuido inicialmente estava num estado lastimavel para um hotel desta categoria, quer a nivel limpeza quer de conservaçao. Apos me dirigir à recepçao, para informar que o quarto nao estava nas dvidas condiçoes um dos funcionarios da mesma foi extremamente mal educado e desagradavel. A situaçao acabou por ser resolvida por uma das governantas, esta sim uma pessoa com profissionalismo e educaçao. Esta foi a segunda vez que fiquei neste hotel e sera certamente a ultima, pois o estado de conservaçao do mesmo e a falta de educaçao e profissionalismo de alguns elementos da recepçao, nao se enquadram com um hotel de 4 estrelas.

Petite piscine, très peu de choix au niveau du buffet ! :( toujours la meme chose au petit döjeuner !!! il faut payer pour acceder à la piscine intérieure !!! Peu de choix de soins en promotion chaque jour!!!

Bel hôtel propre. parking payant a disposition. Possibilité de navette bus hôtel plage, ville... Petit déjeuner self service très bien!

Gostei muito tanto do pequeno almoço, como da prontidão das respostas às duvidas por parte dos funcionários do Hotel. O quarto era fantástico muito asseado e limpo, e muitas actividades para fazer no hotel.

Talvez a localização apesar de estar praticamente no meio das zonas de diversão quer diurna, quer nocturna, o hotel não se situa perto de nenhuma delas. Mesmo assim a pé consegue chegar-se rapidamente à praia e aos sitios de diversão nocturna
