Really good value with in easy reach of the railway

Breakfast staff not very helpfull

I decided to stay here due to reasonable price. Nice clean room and ok breakfast. The staff in the restaurant were nice and pleasant. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station and only takes 20 minutes to Lisbon which was very convenient.

I found some of the staff at reception to be a bit rude. You would need a car to get to places as it's a taxi drive away to the station or shops. Although the staff said a lot of people were staying there was no atmosphere to the hotel.

Everything was fantastic the staff were very accommodating and even prepared a cot bed for 2nd child(baby) even though we had one with us. The only thing I would comment on as a negative is that the railings on the balcony were not safe to allow the children on, maybe glass or perpex screen would solve that? But I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and staff and would recommend to stay

Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

Matresses are terribly hard. Beds are old fashioned wooden boxes with hard matresses on them. I had to complain because I suffer from back pains. The solutions was to put a second matress on the top of the other. Not confortable still but a bit better. I heard that other clinets complained about it but nothing has been done about it.

Um hotel bastante agradavel, confortavel, bem localizado e tranquilo.

O pequeno almoço podia ser melhor, por volta das 9:30 já havia pouca coisa para comer, era necessario estar a pedir ao funcionario.

Já conhecia este hotel, as condições são muito boas, bem localizado para efectuar compras e uma boa relação preço/qualidade.

Gostei de tudo de uma forma geral, no entanto como estive praticamente só para dormir, não me permitiu conhecer devidamente os restantes serviços.

Os colaboradores muito profissionais . Pessoal to Restaurante que nos atenderam muito bons , recepcao simpaticos . house keeping simpaticos , quartos limpos .

Achei k o quarto onde estive . quarto 110 mediocre , antes de escolher este Hotel estive num Hotel na Marginal de Caxias e o quartos eram muito superiores aos vossos . Depois outra coisa em quase todos os Hoteis de **** onde tenho estado eles tem sempre uma cafeteira electrica pra os clientes aquecerem agua . E uma coisa que sai barata ao Hotel e mais uma coisa que voces oferecem ao cliente , pra um cha um cafe .... Ou simplesmente aquecer agua pra um bebe

Muito bom localizado junto a dunas....comida boa pessoas muito simpaticas
