good location, close to metro station, very nice staff, rooms not too big but very comfortable too dark in the room, including small lamps near the bed, which did not provide enough light for reading |

Definitely a perfect stay : broad variety and high quality items at breakfast, good inside restaurant, efficacy and kindness of the staff, quiet and nice room, free cable internet access in the room (without trouble). Plus two metro stations (2 different lines) within a 5 min walk, plus the magnificient Parque Eduardo VII within 10 min, also close to a large Cort'Inglese store ... No : my quotation is 10/10. |

Location was good with easy access to town on bus or rail. Nice rooms and excellent staff and service. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

The staff was helpful and friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was good. Sauna & spa were a great addition to the stay. Location was good. |

The Real Palacio is a fantastic, modern hotel ideally located on a quiet side street but still close enough to all the main attractions the nearest Metro stop being just 2 minutes walk away. All of the staff we encountered in the hotel were both friendly and efficient and spoke perfect English. Our room was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated, with bathrobes and slippers... |

Excellent and comfortable facilities. Great hotel restaurant. A great breakfast selection, the best we had in Portugal. Good selection of inexpensive ethnic restaurants within 2-3 blocks of the hotel. Short walk to Metro. |

Esta situado cerca de dos paradas de Metro siendo muy fácil trasladarse a cualquier punto de la ciudad, es muy tranquilo y acogedor. El desayuno es un buffet libre muy completo. |

Für ein Stadthotel ausgesprochen ruhige Lage, Zentrum rasch erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, komfortables und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Schließen der Zimmertüren ist leider nur mit einer gewissen Lautstärke möglich, was besonders in den Morgenstunden störend sein kann. |
