“ We had a wonderful quiet room. The bathroom was very modern and elegent. The furnishing in the bedroom had a distinct European flair. We were located in the adjacent building with a separate elevator and could look down to the indoor courtyard from the door to our room. ”

Very nice hotel with very kind personnel, delicious breakfast, big variety of food. Room used for the breakfast is too small, little bit far from the centre, however, is close to the metro.

The staff at check in were very good. Bags whisked away brisk and friendly reception. Nice bedroom comfortable beds. Good reception rooms. The wine in the bar was far too expensive. Made the mistake of just asking for two glasses of red wine before I checked the price list. One very small glass of quite nice wine was 7 euros. Bars in the area charge 4 euros a bottle for house reds.

Spacious room, good breakfast, nice bathroom Beds were a bit hard, carpet looked pretty worn, was not happy with the amount of the first night being blocked on my card on top of the WHOLE payment - they should've charged the first night in advance if they wanted to and then charge the remaining nights, not block 100 euros on top of the whole price, it caused quite a problem for us as we had our money programmed very tightly for this trip - awful policy!

Very nice and helpfull staff. Value for money (spesial offer when I booked) Fine location even approx 1-2 km from the very centre. Try the restaurant sessenta accross the street. Really nice, not expencive and top 12 of Tripadvisor's 1300 Lisbon reataurant. We didn't know when we entered:)

It is advertised as a 5* hotel, but in reality in our opinion it is 3* - everything needs renovation (carpets are worn out, bedlinen old ... etc)

Location: close to major attractions in Lisbon, close to subway, 5 minute walk to major city park, lots of eating places to fit every budget. The hotel was undergoing construction and key several areas were closed including the spa. There was also construction just outside the hotel which interfered with the neighbourhood environment and quiet.

Beautiful interior, pleasing bedroom decor, good dining. The sauna was been renovated, so was not available. The walk on cobble pavements to the Metro station, not good for suitcases on wheels. Not convenient for going downtown.

We loved the hotel, mainly the room. It looked same, like the pictures on booking.com, what I liked, because most of the hotels are putting just the best pictures, you get there and disappointing. This wasn't the case. The breakfast was nice too, lots of choice. Friendly staff, always there to help. We loved our stay there.
