Swiming pool on the roof. First we were placed in a 'non-smoking' room that was clearly with a smell of a smoking room. Staff tried to get out of the situation with a bottle of air-refreshner! :) But it all ended well - we were put into another room after a short discussion with the staff. Thanks for that. O! ...and a coffee for breakfast was terrible. |

Breakfast was good The non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. The hotel was too far from the city center though it was close to the corte Englese. |

Whereas the pool was rather small, to have such a facility in the centre of town was excellent The rooms are very dark and it is a long walk to the centre of the city which is not actually specified in the description of the hotel |

Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and starts early enough. Rooms are a bit dark but clean. Garage is a nightmarish narrow experience; a real feat to try to park your car without a scratch! |

Easy access of city center/public transport/Gulbenkian Museum On-going construction in front of the main entrance (road entirely closed) made access to the hotel quite difficult. Lack of information about parking in the hotel's garage (alltogether 6-7 places) |

The personel were very friendly. The breakfast was superb!! Fresh fruits and huge amount of diffrent bread and juices. Keep up the good work! |

Clean, functional, eventless stay (that is an attribute). Parking facilities were limited. I had a larger car that could not enter the parking space, and had to park outside. |
