Molt net, confortable i d'un ambient molt càlid, a la mateixa vorera hi han 2 hotels més i l'entrada del Sana Reno és el més agradable. Wc molt gran. Recepcionistes molt atesos i amables. Ja sé que ho comenta tothom però és que és veritat, no entreu el cotxe al pàrking! Us ho passareu molt malament al treure'l. |

Hotel was good value and right next to the Metro Station which made it convenient for getting to downtown Lisbon The air conditioning did not work in our room for 2 of the 4 days we stayed here.After complaining to the staff for 2 days we were eventually accommodated in another room on the same floor which had air conditioning that worked.Also the mattresses on the beds were very hard |

The hotel staff were friendly and it was good value for what we paid (I definitely wouldn't have paid more). The pool was a nice feature but was very busy in the evening and there is a lack of seats/loungers due to the small size. Extremely handy for the metro which is literally just outside the door and the hop on bus is around the corner. Would recommend it as a budget hotel for the basic needs. |

The staff was freindly and helpful. The breakfast was a good value. The location is excellent for seeing the city as the metro is 10 meters out the front door. no complaints |

Satisfactory room, although on the second floor. Good breakfast buffet with a nice variety & satisfactory quality options. Nice, quiet location & in the same time easy access to metro. Finally very good value for money. Noise from drilling in the hotel during one afternoon while getting rest. After our complaints both to the reception & the workers, the first answered us that hours of public quietness (?) are after 20:00 pm in Portugal & not in the afternoon. Ok but a hotel hosts visitors from various countries where for many of them afternoon hours are not hours of noise, so its unreasonable to just follow the local rules (laws) without concerning about these differences. The swimming pool in roof of the hotel was small & thus too crowded & dirty after a while. |

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nicely accommodated and even had a double bed instead of two twin option which isn't always available in Europe. The hotel was conveniently located across the street from a metro station. |

Good reception, good service. Good buffet for breakfast. Small swimming pool and sauna but they are quite pleasant for relaxing after ballads in town. A big shop like Printemps or Galeries Lafayette is about 3 minutes walking. 4 or 5 stations to the center but the metro is in front of the hotel. |

The hotel has great location, metro just at the entrance, comercial center just next door, nice staff. Breakfast was good. You have to be prepared for some Qing (check-in, check-out, breakfast). Especialy the breakfast area is small. |

We got very good value for money. The location is excellent for a city trip, as the metro is next to the hotel. The swimming pool at the top floor is a very nice relaxation at the end of the day. |

The staff was really nice. We did enjoy a lot and they answered to all our questions no matter at what time. The hotel is really central with the metro in front of the door or <5 min walking. The swimming pool is indeed a bit small (especially the area around) but enough to cool down when the weather is too nice. The room was big enough, quiet but a bit dark. The hotel is "old fashion" and needs maybe to be redecorated but everything is super clean.Not to much variety of products for the breakfast also. |

Polite, helpful and pleasant staff. The only thing for me was the money was taken from my account a week before and not cancelled properly, then the correct amount of money taken again on the final day of my visit at the hotel.. I had to phone my bank from Portugal to cancel the first transaction as I had two charges for the same visit.. I don't think any money should be taken until the stay if complete. The hotel was lovely and I would stay again but they need to stop testing/charging cards before the stay with the exception of course of 'no show'. |

decent breakfast,very clean,good facilities in room,nice roof terrace the system whereby your room is reserved on your credit card and then you pay "again" when you actually leave,and the original card transaction is cancelled is a bit confusing and could be explained better at the time of booking.other people have commented on this on the trip advisor site. |

The pool and the sun bed on the top of the hotel, where splendid. Location just beside the metro and very quite, no traffic noise around. The big shoppingmall El courte de Ingles is just a 5 minutes walk away. The hotel could have an ice cube machine in the hall, like a lot of hotel do. |
