Small bathroom, the place don't have restaurant, breakfast is served in the hall at the back of reception, also quite to simple for the price. The pool was not openned in the morning. Metro entry is few steps away, but to get to the center going train is few miles.. Up and down the stairs. Parking is a challenge, even with small car

When we made a reservation,we were told to get a suite. After we arrived from the Airport, the room was just a single bedroom, 1 small living room and 1 bath room. The hotel extends the sofa in the living room to be a sofa-bed for us that we can sleep totalling for 3 persons. It's not really a sa-weet that you imagined, so be aware. The staff is helpful but the location is not convenient to visit the old city of Lisbon. The breakfast is ok eventhough there's too small choices.

Great Breakfast. In the heart of everything. No Swimming Pool available or Jacuzzi. Which was our main reason for booking this hotel and we were not told until after we paid. we were offered a €10 voucher for 24hr Internet, which we didn't use.

Sana Reno hotel is situated near the Gulbenkian Museum. It takes only ten minutes to cover the distance between the Hotel and Gulbenkian Museum and Foundation situated in the nice garden. So, if your purpose is visiting the Gulbenkian Museum then this hotel is exactly yours. If you are a fan of shopping then the huge supermarket “El Corte Ingles” with a lot of boutiques, shops and restaurants is situated six hundred yards from the hotel. Nice hall with the artificial waterfall meets the guests. Room was not big enough but comfortable. Bath room is equipped with the comfortable bathtub. TV set produced all main Worlds’ channels. Food in the restaurant was good and plentiful. Everything was quite new and clean. If the room were bigger then that hotel could pretend for the four stars rank. All personnel were very helpful and spoke fluent English. I have nothing to complaint.

Excellent value for money. We wanted a hotel near to city centre with a swimming pool. The rooftop pool was such a boon at the end of a day's sight seeing in August. The Metro station was ideally placed, and there were several restaurants nearby which served very good Portuguese meals at unbeatable prices. The Gulbenkian museum was a treat, nearby, and the Parque Eduardo V11 provided a lovely public open space within easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful and always willing to help. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Location was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. This hotel uses a mattress cover with a rubber backing which makes it very hard to have a comfortable night's sleep. I understand the need for a cover for hygiene purposes but it's like sleeping in a sauna.

Metro just outside the hotel, breakfast very nice. Absolutely horrible smell of the room (asked about non smoking room, aparently someone was smoking there for ages). And the parking in the garage, if you dont have Smart or similar you will have a really hard time...

The hotel is located in a very safe area in Lisbon, which I found comforting as I was travelling alone. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful which I thought was excellent. I was immediately given a map of the city of Lisbon and the main tourist attractions were pointed out to me. The swimming pool in the hotel is fabulous, located on the 8th floor and very relaxing. The buffet breakfast was also very impressive and catered for every need. There was air conditioning in the bedroom and a mini bar. There is nothing negative to remark about this hotel.

Hotel is conveniently located right in front of the San Sebastao metro stop. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. Overall it was a good value for the price we paid. -The hotel has free underground parking, one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. However, it is quite tricky to maneuver the first curve on a very inclined path. We were kindly forewarned about this by the hotel staff. But, one has to be very comfortable with the hand-brake and take things slowly. Instead, one can easily park for free in the neighboring streets on the weekends and after 8pm on weekdays. - The seating area for breakfast is limited, and got very full in the mornings.

A high end 3 star hotel. A very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are very friendly, speak english and very helpful. The hotel is located in a nice area only about 10 minutes by cab to the city center and about 15 minutes to/from the airport. A subway station is out the front of the hotel which you can take to any part of the city. The cabs should cost about 10 euro from the airport and about 7 euro to the city. A nice hotel! Requires reverse cycle airconditioning to work all year round.
