I liked the location, renovated rooms, friendly staff - very good view from the rooftop room - worth asking for it. Breakfast was regular, with regular food, but the room is too small for the number of guest in a certain season.

The location of the hotel to the city centre which was only a few metro stops from the hotel. The metro station exit is opposite the hotel so it is very easy to get around. Rooms a bit small and the wi-fi signal was poor.

Staff were very attentive and even folded our clothes for us on one occasion! Lack of nearby restaurants in the evening - but the centre was only a short metro ride away.

Location: Literally across the street from the underground station (direct line from airport). Quiet area, city centre easy to reach by underground in a few minutes. Excellent breakfast. Room: Although the insulation provided by the window is good, the WALLS between rooms are badly insulated, i.e. you can hear the TV from the next room (and people walking around in the room above).

pool on the terasse was great room nicelly furnitured clean and freash great connection to the airport and the city just a small detail: we have missed a table on the balcony the place where the breakfast was served could have nice atmosphere

- perfectly cleaned rooms every day, they even changed the sheets and all the towels - very impressed - the pool on the roof was not open all the time and you don't even know how to get there since there is no sing on any of the doors

Lovely friendly staff, extrememly clean, bonus having the swimming pool on the roof. A little far out of the centre of Lisbon meant using the metro a lot.

The staff were very help-ful as l have no sence of direction, and they helped with giveing me direction. Nothing was to much trouble ,all the staff were very help full. Finding the hotel,it would be helpful if they could give intruction on getting to the hotel from the bus, it took me age,s to find it.

The location is great as there is a metro entrance right in front of the hotel. The room was very clean. The room was a bit small to fit an extra bed. I believe the number of people in the room should determine the room size.

Excellent location, just minutes from the metro to airport and close to city centre. Staff are very nice, helpful and polite. Breakfast is also very good, and although I had a very short stay, it seemd to have a little bit of variety.

The hotel was quiet, staff was helpful and friendly. Subway station is located just across the street so you can get the city center in 10 min and aeroport in 20-25 min. The breakfast was poor. The faucets in the bathroom function with problems.

The hotel is not too far from the city center, only 5 stops with the metro which is opposite the hotel. Also a straight connection to the airport on the red line. The noise from planes taking off from nearby airport was a bit much.

Friendly staff; comfortable room; complete breakfast; good location - metro station in front of the hotel The WiFi internet didn't work; they said it should work, but if there are too many people using it, it might be difficult; obviously the internet service they have is not suitable for a hotel, and it didn't work the three days I was there.

Staff is really helpful and careful. location is a little bit far from centre, but the tube station is just opposite to the entrance of hotel. Breakfast is the same for whole week. and I was poisened by mushrooms :( internet is free, but you need to ask for password at reseptions, which has limitation of time, so you need to ask again and again... internet connection is poor, very poor....

They have a Sauna and a rooftop pool ! The rooms clean and very quiet. It is located right in from the the metro station which brings you from/to the airport (25mins) and the the city center (8mins). A bit too far away from the city center so we had the take the metro (which is really recent!) everyday to do the the city center.
