Good price, clean room, good pool and sauna (a little to small though), good breakfast and shopping nearby. Small room and bathroom, noisy, construction nearby. |

The pool looked really inviting but due to circumstances I never actually got to use it on my visit. Maybe next time! Metro road works outside the hotel is near completion. Will be an even better location when finished. |

I did like its position and a vicinity to centre of town. Parking is small and narrow, but it was good to have one. |

Central location whilst being located on a quiet street.great for metro city link. Simple and clean The street outside is currently undergoing large roadworks which made parking and walkint in the immediate are difficult |

Clean. When I asked where the nearest subway stop was, the man at the front desk sent me to the stop that was closed for construction. He had to know that it was closed. |

Good and substantial breakfast. Nice pool on roof Major building works outside and distance to metro (but new metro station on doorstep by end 09). Noisy air conditioning and beds rather hard. |

Sana Reno hotel is a very good, value for money and comfortable location in a wonderful city. The roof top pool is a great asset especially if you have children with you as we did. It gives you the great option of some late afternoon chilling time before you head off to see the sights again. it was to our expectations for the price which at 95 euros pn for three including breakfast in a good location close to metro and bus links and right next to the Gulbenkian museum. If you are thinking of going to Lisbon don't hesitate - its a great city, safe, friendly people - a bit lived in, not precious about its treasures |

There was some confusion about our early check-in, but the staff were able to accommodate us when we returned, while storing our bags. Breakfast was excellent and people were friendly. There is Metro construction out front and the nearest Metro stop is currently closed, but if you can read a transportation map, you should be fine. |

Very conveniently situated, very close to Fundacao Calouste Gulbenkian and the shopping mall El Corte Ingles. At walking distance from Campo Pequeno and Saldanha. |

This was the 4th time we had visited the hotel and were luckily enough to be upgraded to the Honeymoon suite! The breakfast is good and the pool is an extra bonus. Beware there are road works outside the hotel, so it does not look that pretty. The good news is that even though our room was at the front there was no early morning noise, |

The good and rich breakfast. The comfortable bed. The swimming-pool on the roof, the short way to the metro. The Sauna should be a little bit larger. |

Very friendly staff. Good safe location, walking distance (around 15-20 min) to the Gulbenkian museum & to Sao Sebastiao subway (around 10 min), where El Corte Ingles is located, a big dept store with many inexpensive but decent eateries open until late at night. Be aware that there is subway construction nearby. The receptionist very kindly gave me a room in the back, but the noise was still perceptible (not unbearable, as I've had it in the past, but quite strong). Also, the breakfast was a big disappointment: coffee was totally undrinkable, which is unusual for Portugal with its great coffee tradition. I am a coffee addict, but I had to settle for tea. |

The workers at the reception were always smiling Many. Like: our room was cold. When I asked the reception to high the temperature, they did it, but the air conditioner was still cold. The flush of the toilet was not working well, the water would keep on going on and on and on, before I would intervene to make it stop. From our room, we could hear the lift each time it would arrive at our floor, and the planes passing on top of our bedroom... |
