Wifi, breakfast and immaculate facilities.
Problem over calling a taxi for us despite plenty of notice.
Loved the hotel great location staff and services.
Good location, right by the entrance to the METRO (station Sao Sebastian, exit Duque d'Avila). Good breakfast (not excellent though). Service-minded head receptionist on arrival, willing to answer our requests.
Room temperature regulation (actually a central system, with either heating or cooling) - could be tricky at some periods of the year. Insufficient sound insulation of the room. Unexpected room mates - ants (!), in the bathroom.
Perfected situated with a metrostation just outside the doors, great breakfast , nice and clean rooms, great wi-fi, helpful staf.A lot of nice small restaurants near the hotel
Very clean and comfortable and although not very central it was right beside the metro. Great value for money.
The location of the hotel is fantastic, the entrance to Sao Sebastiao underground is just across the street - the Lisbon subway has ridiculously cheap fares and is the best way to move around the city. The vermelha subway line will get you directly from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, the blue (azul) line will get you from the hotel all the way to the old town. The Gulbenkian museum is just around the corner and there's the Il Corte Anglais shopping mall that has just about everything (including the most expensive brands out there) if you need to do some shopping. The hotel is beautifully designed, has a gorgeous lobby, the rooms are really neat. The staff were very friendly. Some people complain that you can hear the airplanes landing at lisbon airport, but you can hear them almost everywhere in the city - the airport is located very close to the city centre. Oh, and finally, great value for money :)
Our stay was too short :)
Very good bed; decent bathroom
Temperature is hard to set; very loud, no isolation
Lovely hotel, excellent location, great value and superb breakfast.
Room was too hot to sleep and beds weren't the comfiest.
Staff was very helpful; nice breakfast
Good breakfast. Enjoyed pool.
Breakfast was Fantastic,WIFI was very Good,Near to Metro Station.Very Clean.Hotel is a new Construction.Swimming Pool is Good.
Room Size is too Small
Staff friendly and helpful Excellence location Rooms clean and spacious. Overall a good stay and experience, depending on your expectations.
Breakfast room far too busy. Cooked breakfast very poor in terms of quality. They have the same mini sausages for years, nobody likes them, but they don't get the hint. Overall the breakfast experience is ok, but products quality are sheep, such as the juices and canned fruit salad.
Very close to metro, staff friendly and hotel was lovely, would stay again
Well located next to the subway.
Access to the parking really small.
Metro near to the hotel.
Facilities , price, location, staff, service
Food. Breakfast barely adequate, no lunch or dinner available. Snacks available very limited.
Very friendly staff, big room, everything was ok !
-a little bit far from the center but the taxi is very cheap (EUR 10)
Great location opposite Metro (Sao Sebastiao = direct line from and to airport); very near to Gubelkain Foundation with great museum and beautiful garden; very near to biggest Lisbon Park; very near to big Corte Inglès; comfortable beds; super breakfast, but a bit crowdy
We had to ask explanantion about the strike the day we left, strike that had been announced already a week before in the metro; we had to ask, because we do not speak/read enough Portugese and were not sure what the announcement said; the staff of the hotel was not at all aware that there would be a strike
Comfortable bed with duvet. Cleanliness. Helpfulness of staff particulary re. tourist information. Great selection for breakfast. Beside metro.
A minor issue! No shampoo or shower gel provided the first night. But they were provided the following nights.
Central location metro outside the hotel door.nice pool an sun deck.friendly staff.Comfortable beds.
The room is abit on the small side.
Facilities and access to Lisbon
No coffee making facilities in room
It was right above the bus station. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was fabulous with amazing views. Rooftop pool complete with bar.
We tried to have a nightcap in the dining room about 9-30 but alas we were told we could only eat there ! There were plenty of tables. The rooftop bar prices were way to high.
Location, comfortable room and excellent bed. Very pleasant lobby lounge.
Breakfast room rather cramped when busy. Breakfast itself OK but nothing special.
Roof top pool Sauna Helpful Staff Comfy bed Clean bathroom
