The personel were very friendly. The breakfast was superb!! Fresh fruits and huge amount of diffrent bread and juices.

Clean, functional, eventless stay (that is an attribute).

Parking facilities were limited. I had a larger car that could not enter the parking space, and had to park outside.

The room was very clean and nice. The bathroom was super bright and freshly cleaned.

We got there and were told we didn't have a room and would have to take a taxi to another one of your hotels. We had just traveled in from Madrid and we just wanted to relax and the room had been booked for 2 weeks. However, finally, your staff found us a room in Sana Reno. Also, I was told there were no extra cots when I spent money to call from Spain to ask, but upon arrival you had a cot for us

The room was very clean, much larger than we expected, and had a balcony The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station, on a line taking you right to Rossio Square. Good hotel for the price, but in hindsight, we would have rather stayed in Cascais (beautiful resort 30 km along the coast) and caught the train into Lisbon.

Lack of restaurants open in the evening, within walking distance of the hotel, so you have to go into the city centre for a meal. Major construction site right outside the hotel, which was very noisy. Good value overall, but I would recommend to friends that they stay in Cascais.
