Hotellet er sentralt plassert har en god standard. Et svømmebasseng satte barna pris på. Ellers ligger et større kjøpesenter like ved som er en Det er veldig lytt mellom hotellrommene som støyet. |

We got very good value for money. The location is excellent for a city trip, as the metro is next to the hotel. The swimming pool at the top floor is a very nice relaxation at the end of the day. |

The staff was really nice. We did enjoy a lot and they answered to all our questions no matter at what time. The hotel is really central with the metro in front of the door or <5 min walking. The swimming pool is indeed a bit small (especially the area around) but enough to cool down when the weather is too nice. The room was big enough, quiet but a bit dark. The hotel is "old fashion" and needs maybe to be redecorated but everything is super clean.Not to much variety of products for the breakfast also. |

Polite, helpful and pleasant staff. The only thing for me was the money was taken from my account a week before and not cancelled properly, then the correct amount of money taken again on the final day of my visit at the hotel.. I had to phone my bank from Portugal to cancel the first transaction as I had two charges for the same visit.. I don't think any money should be taken until the stay if complete. The hotel was lovely and I would stay again but they need to stop testing/charging cards before the stay with the exception of course of 'no show'. |

decent breakfast,very clean,good facilities in room,nice roof terrace the system whereby your room is reserved on your credit card and then you pay "again" when you actually leave,and the original card transaction is cancelled is a bit confusing and could be explained better at the time of booking.other people have commented on this on the trip advisor site. |

The pool and the sun bed on the top of the hotel, where splendid. Location just beside the metro and very quite, no traffic noise around. The big shoppingmall El courte de Ingles is just a 5 minutes walk away. The hotel could have an ice cube machine in the hall, like a lot of hotel do. |

Centrally located it provided reasonably priced accommodation in the centre of the city. The staff were helpful and corteous. Why do Portuguese hotels not provide tea/coffee making facilities? The hotel did not have on site evening dining facilities. |

Staff were very friendly & helpful, underground transport system just outside the hotel, small rooftop pool, not far from the centre of Lisbon. Problems with the wireless internet system. |

Very friendly and helpful receptionists; breakfast was ok, though every day the same; room was quite spacious, the pool was clean and well maintained and was nice to pass some time by; metro station right in front of the hotel was very convenient. Flatscreen tv with good (English spoken) channels. We couldn't get into our room right away on arrival because it wasn't ready yet. Over the course of our stay we noticed other guests experiencing the same thing. The breakfast area was quite small, so at the busiest moments it was somewhat of a struggle to pass between the tables. Though our room was spacious, our bathroom was very very small and not very appealing. When you shower in the bathtub, there is a good chance the floor will be blank with water. Our windows were quite dirty on the outside. I don't think the bathroom floor was cleaned daily and am not sure about the sheets. Overall we did enjoy our stay and I suppose for the price, the state was to be expected. |

The breakfast was great and had a large variety of food; it made our stay even better! Also, the pool was a very nice amenity to have. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the sana Reno Hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and it was inexpensive but would not know it from our stay. |

The staff was very helpful and the location of the hotel was extremely handy to metro, bus, art museums and their cafeterias, and to largest shopping store in Lisbon - the El Corte Ingles. The menu for lunch and supper were extremely limited. However, the breakfasts were very substantial. The carpeting in our room needed upgrading as there had been water damage. |

Located a few steps from a metro station which gives great access to Lisbon's geen, blue and red lines. We had to wait for check in although we arrived at 12 and check-in time was from 12. Breakfast was poor and the staff removed all the food from the buffet at 1030 even though there were a few tables still having breakfast. |
