Nice hotel with good location. Metro at 10meters. Rooms with balcony.

Very helpful staff. Junior Suite was spacious. Sauna was great. Breakfast was healthy. I perceived the experience as a 4 star hotel however it was surprisingly only a three star posting on hotel door. Modern hotel, and the lobby was beautiful. Parking lot was too tiny for a van size rent a car. Required 20 euro deposit for pool towel - which refunded w return of towel- thought some other method could have been arranged but clerk did trust me as I was without my purse at time. Wi fi charge - would prefer built in price of hotel. Pool and jaccuzi were unheated but I'm sure this would be fine in the heat of summer. Our trip was spring and the pool/jaccuzi were not useable given cold water.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to all parts of the city via the metro which is a few minutes walk away.

I booked 2 superior double rooms as we were traveling with friends. One was much larger than the other - why??? The carpark is a nightmare. On the second night a fire alarm went off at 1.30am keeping everyone awake for at least an hour, with no explanation from the hotel staff regarding what was happening and no answer from the phone at reception. We were told the next morning that water had triggered the alarm in the car park but were offered no compensation for a night of little sleep.

Some receptionists (the mature man) acted as if he owned the company. Arrogant, unhelpful, wrong information given about public transport to the airport which could have resulted in missing our flight. A appauling packed breakfast was given the night before despite questioning food safety.

Exellent price, clean room and bathroom, big bed.

Some personell do not speake English. Breakfast is poor. everyday is the same manue.

A good and clean hotel with excellent breakfast and a nice swimming-pool on the roof!

The rooms may be a little more bigger, just like the beds.

Very slow WiFi internet

Despite its location a bit far from the city center, the São Sebastião metro station is just across the street. In less than 15 minutes you'll be in the old part of the town - Baixa Pombalina. From the same metro station it takes you 15 minutes to reach the Expo'98 area and the Oceanarium. The street is very quiet. El Corte Ingles, a big department store is just around the corner.

There is no soundproof, you can hear all your neighbour rooms and everything that happens in the corridors and in the street.

The hotel was very reasonably priced, extremely clean with very helpful, friendly staff. The price of the hotel included breakfast which was exceptional, the best breakfast we had on our entire 2 week European trip! I would highly recommend the sana Reno Hotel!
