Il fatto che non mi hanno permesso di soggiornarci, visto che al mio arrivo mi hanno detto che avevano dato la mia camera ad altre persone! Avevo prenotato più di un mese prima!!!!!

Molto pulito e bello...

La casa è bellissima, palazzo storico, arredata benissimo e in modo molto originale, perfetta, pulita e profumata!!! La stanza dove alloggiavamo noi molto bella, spaziosa, pulita, grandi finestre, massima pulizia, non mancava nulla!!! Ci tornerei di certo!

Non essendo un hotel convenzionale non c'è una reception di conseguenza al momento dell'arrivo non c'è nessuno ad accogliere I clienti! Questa cosa non è segnalata da nessuna parte, basterebbe farlo presente così nel momento in cui si arriva alla stazione o all'aereoporto si chiama per avvisare dell'arrivo e non si deve aspettare nessuno! Per il resto davvero tutto perfetto!

La posizione è molto comoda, vicina al centro, alle due stazioni e alla zona dei ristoranti

Intendevo prenotare un hotel, ho scoperto sul posto che era tutt'altro, l'affitto di un appartamento, senza i servizi di un hotel e con condizioni inaccettabili (es. una caparra per eventuali danni!!!). Quando sono arrivato ho aspettato quasi un'ora che venissi ad aprire qualcuno! Poi non ho più visto nessuno.

Very clean, nice place. Right near the park. 10 minutes to the Rossio, 5 minutes to the Bairro Alto. сOffee and tea at any time - there is a tea pot and coffee-machine in the living room - nice music, chess and books included

Take note, that is an apartment and there is no reception in there. So you better make a phone call before you arrive

Large rooms, large beds, good beddingmaterial

Moist in room, bathroom without ventilation at all, rooms at streetside must be aware that sleeping before say 04.30am is real hard. We had to wait about 15 minutes at the door outside, and then another 15 minutes inside before any of the staff was aware of us.

I stayed 6 nights...This is not a typical Hotel. It is 7 big rooms on one floor of a house. there are 2 suites, 1 double and 4 regular rooms. All the rooms are nice. the suites (room 2, 3) facing a the street are a bit noisy but I like that so for me no problem. The rooms are all remodelled and there is a shared living room in the middle of the atrium where you can have coffee read ext...

There are things I could say here but overall the stay was great and I would not want to dissuade anyone from staying here... If you are easy going you will be ok... No better location in town.

Location was perfect. Charming. Perfect for people who don't like huge hotels And more typical lodging. You get the feeling that you are part of Lisboa and not just a tourist.

The shower was not working well. Cold bathroom.

Beautifully renovated inside, I loved the style, the cleanliness, and the friendly staff. The room is quiet and very comfortable.

The room was stylish and clean. The bathroom was a let down. The faucets were falling off the sink and the shower had rust at the bottom.

It was in a perfect location; easy to get anywhere and, for those who like hotels with breakfast, even though that is not included there are three coffee kiosks with pastries across the street in the cute park with one of them open at 7:00am. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very quiet.

We stayed for four days and it would have been nice if someone had come at least once during those four days to give us clean towels. I am not someone who needs my room made up for me every day but by day four a new towel would have been nice. Maybe you can just have a closet with extra towels and toiletries maybe?

I would like to explain to you why I wouldn't recommend a stay in Casa Oliver Principe real room 4, as I believe it is important for you to consider the customer's satisfaction and work on the weaknesses of your facility in order to improve in the future. There are a few. First of all structural/maintenance problems. The following problems occurred: 1) There was no light in the staircase of the entrance to the apart 2) The door of the room wouldn't close unless locked 3) The door of the bathroom wouldn’t close 4) There was no door in the shower tub As you may already have figured out, there was a major problem with DOORS. The worst one has yet to come though. On the second day of stay, the main door to the apartment broken, the person responsible said, in not a very apologetic way, that it was being taken care of. After one day of this inconvenient, they resolved to change the lock, too bad they didn't give a new one to the occupants. Nor was there ANYBODY of reference in the facilities to help/open the door. As a result, my parents were locked out of the apartment for almost 5 hrs, which is kind of counterproductive when what you're paying for is actually to dispose of the room. The staff assured telephonically they would have taken care of the situation, but it was my concern, not theirs, to repeatedly phone and solicit Much work to do on technical matters and customer care rent4days!

The room was clean, light and room 6 overlooked the botanical gardens at the rear and it was quiet. You could open the shutters and get a good view and some fresh air on the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and there as a television in the room and an ensuite. The park was directly across the street which had kiosks for refreshments, bus services and taxi`s passing by the minute. The location was quite good at the top of Barrio Alto which was lively and had numerous food and drink venues. The fernicular tram was situated at the side of the park on the main road which took you down to Restuardores and into the centre via a short walk further down. When we arrived the lady was on time to receive us at the property and answered our questions fully. I would stay here again and recommend this to others.

The balcony was not segregated and if you had the doors open the next rooms could pop there head in. As the rooms are in a former apartment,sound could be heard from the nieghbouring rooms as some people are louder than others but not a real issue. The wc is close to the wash basin and a bit tight. The rooms would benefit from providing some tourist info and providing some refreshment facilities for use in the rooms. We stayed a week and there could have been a towel change. The property could be identified more clearly by house number as we had to ring up to find out which number it was.

Location was great, room was basic but very clean and comfortable, the high ceilings and chandeliers and murals on the wall made it a very different apartment hotel, would recommend and stay again

only slight downside was that as it was an old building the toilets are not plumbed into a main system and we we not allowed to put paper down the toilet but into the bin beside it. But this was the only bad thing we could say really

There was a smell amazing throughout the building, perhaps coming from the pipes of the bathrooms...it was really really unbearable

Nice old building, well located, good neighborhood, once you got the key you're left alone which we liked a lot (no room-service means more privacy, we appreciated that).

It was a big room and everything was clean. The bed, sheets and towels were of good quality.

The internet didn't work well. The noise of the street was very loud and therefore I had difficulty sleeping.

La situation. Nous connaissons très bien Lisbonne.

Le garçon qui nous a accueilli nous informe qu'il est là par hasard et qu'il fallait l'appeler pour le prévenir de notre arrivée, "pourtant, personne ne nous en a fait part". Nous devions avoir une suite donnant sur la verdure, comme cela était indiqué lors de notre choix, donc pas du côté route passante, nous étions au bord de la route et impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres, un bruit épouvantable, impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Le pire, la chambre venait d'être peinte et impossible de dormir l'odeur était trop forte. Très, très déçus. Patricia

очень удобное место расположение,рядом метро а также пригородные электрички на которых можно добраться в синтру, кашкайш(и не только) но при этом отель расположен возле парковой зоны. фото соответствует реальности.нам очень понравился.

La localisation dans le quartier de Principe Real: pas trop touristique mais plein de petites boutiques de déco, concept-store, cafés sympas. La décoration des chambres La vue sur le jardin botanique Le rapport qualité prix Possibilité de se faire un café dans le salon attenant La réactivité du personnel qui bien qu'absent est joignable par téléphone

Les finitions dans la salle de bain notamment, murs humides, bruits réguliers provenants des canalisations, l'interdiction de jeter le papier toilette ds les toilettes (pas très hygénique) Le store dans notre première chambre était cassé mais nous avons obtenu rapidement une seconde chambre magnifique. Le plus gros problème pour moi: un cafard dans la salle de bain...

Stock, und das mit funktionierendem Lift (!!!) geräumige hohe Zimmer mit modernem Dekor, für mich in Qualität 4 -5 Sterne, strassenseitig Blick auf einen der schönsten Plätze von Lissabon, gartenseitig Blick in den botanischen Garten, daneben ein Palais wier von einem Sultan, in der Nähe die schönsten Jugendstil Bäckereien mit Frühstück in Lissabon, gute Restaurants (der beste Blick im Rauchersalon von La Paparrucha, 100 Meter nach links), zentrumsnahe
