The hotel is located near the town centre, a subway station is in the same street only some houses away. A lot of space in the room. The bathroom was quite old, but in good condition. Breakfast for this price okay. All in all a good place to stay if you want to discover the town. 5th floor ... and the elevator was not working!!! (some reconstruction works were going on in the house at this time). |

Extremely comfortable and clean. Very reasonable rates. Great breakfast and right next to the subway station. (Parque) |

Localization, helpful staff, close to shopping centre and metro station, light breakfast and comfortable bed. Elevator out of order and way with 126 steps to my room. Not well marked route to the hotel. |

Only position Broken lift for all the weekend, without hotel staff assistance to carry luggage up to 4° old and very high floor; really incredible, and I really hope the first and last time in my life on the planet earth. |

Placed near to Marques de Pombal's square Furniture looked shabby awful bed poor decoration we skipped breakfast since it was composed of watered juice and some ham |

Very nice and helpfull stuff, good location - close to "Parque" metro station and city center. Clean and cosy room with refrigerator, electric kettle, hairdrier and tv with English speaking channels. Delicious coffee served at breakfast. |

Great location, many places are within walking distance. Otherwise there's a metro station very close to the hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was included for me. Some english speaking tv channels. Great price. |

Very Central location you can walk to the action in about 20 minutes or catch the tube which is on the same side of the hotel and about 500 metres away. Staff friendly and helped with a map etc. Lots of stairs and the lift doesn't look that inviting! |

Good location of the hotel. Close to metro station - 3 minutes walk. The breakfast encouraged me to start the diet. Nice mirrors next to the double bed. Honestly I would not consider this location as a hotel I would rather call it a budget accomodation. |

The staff was very gentle. The rooms and hotel was clean. The location of the hotel in Lisboa was great, and had accesibility to free and per pay parking. The included breakfast was awesome!. Not at all. Very recomendable for the price |

Kindness of hotel staff, cleanliness of the room and common areas, excellent hotel position in Lisbona very close to a metro station and about twenty minutes walk from historical downtown, easy to reach from airport.Good continental breakfast. |

Helpfull stuff and central location with many choices of public transport. In-room refrigirator and plenty of English language channels on TV. Very small rooms. Unsuitable for people with disabilities because the stairs are everywhere including inside the room. There was no ventilatilation or air conditioning in the room or a bathroom. Very old cheap carpet makes the room look bad. A lot of noise coming from the dining room and the hall all the time - day and night. |

Good comfortable room with a bathtub, a hairdryer, a fridge, even an electric pot. A little bit too old, but relaxing. Staff were kind and helpful. Just a few minutes to the nearest metro station "Parque". |

noisy elevator, bed not so good, no free parking near (you have to pay parking each 4 hours - 5.05 euros), breakfast has no fruits, have too many sweets. |

room was spacious and nice decorated Very noisy, you can hear what you neighbours are doing, especially in the morning when the hotel staff starts serving breakfast. The breakfast was very poor, no choice at all; no fruits, no yogurts, just sandwiches. |

Estaba limpio y las habitaciones eran espaciosas el ascensor estubo estropeado los 3 dias. auque nos mandaron un email diciendo que estaria arregldo el dia anterior a nuestra llegada esto no ocurrio y el hotel hace un 6 piso |

El desayuno es bueno y abundante. Todos los días cambian la ropa de cama y baño. Dispone de calentador para agua y proporcionan infusiones y azúcar. El pequeño frigo de la habitación funciona muy bien. Que estaban cambiando la instalación del ascensor y son cinco pisos reales, aunque figura planta 4ª. deberían haberlo avisado. |
