The staff was very gentle. The rooms and hotel was clean. The location of the hotel in Lisboa was great, and had accesibility to free and per pay parking. The included breakfast was awesome!.

The carpet was very dirty,the bathroom was not kept up to my standarts.

Helpfull stuff and central location with many choices of public transport. In-room refrigirator and plenty of English language channels on TV.

Very small rooms. Unsuitable for people with disabilities because the stairs are everywhere including inside the room. There was no ventilatilation or air conditioning in the room or a bathroom. Very old cheap carpet makes the room look bad. A lot of noise coming from the dining room and the hall all the time - day and night.

Good comfortable room with a bathtub, a hairdryer, a fridge, even an electric pot. A little bit too old, but relaxing. Staff were kind and helpful. Just a few minutes to the nearest metro station "Parque".

Very noisy, you can hear what you neighbours are doing, especially in the morning when the hotel staff starts serving breakfast. The breakfast was very poor, no choice at all; no fruits, no yogurts, just sandwiches.

The room -interior- was ok.

Breakfast was very poor and all that noise>... It was horrible! People screaming/talking so loud in the front, phone ringing, maids with dishes passing.. And all this, even though the room was kinda isolated from the others.

Baumaßnahme in der unteren Etage

Le personnel était acceuillant et parlait un Anglais compréhensible. L'hotel est pitorresque avec ses voutes et ses chambres sur différents niveaux. L'équipement est descent pour le prix (la clim est particulièrement appréciable en été). Un bon rapport qualité/prix

L'hotêl n'est pas situé à l'adresse communiquée sur le site. Le 4 de l'allée doit vouloir dire qu'il se situe au 4eme étage mais son numéro de rue est bel et bien le 25 (ce qui rajoute quelques centaines de mètres pour se rendre à la place principale de Lisbonne par rapport à l'endroit annoncé).

La tranquilidad y el personal de recepción, sobre todo un hombre mayor que nos contó una historia linda :-)

Que no hubiera tostadas en el desayuno (soy española y es una costumbre nuestra)

Gut mit Bus vom Flughafen zu erreichen. 150 m von der nächsten METRO-Station. Freundliche und bereitwillige Auskunft.
