het gebouw is oud, ziet er minder mooi uit dan de foto's, Maar het is schoon, ontbijt is goed en de locatie is perfect! goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. een van de bedden was kapot, kraakte enorm, we hebben er melding over gemaakt maar had geen zin. |

Good location of the hotel. Close to metro station - 3 minutes walk. The breakfast encouraged me to start the diet. Nice mirrors next to the double bed. Honestly I would not consider this location as a hotel I would rather call it a budget accomodation. |

The staff was very gentle. The rooms and hotel was clean. The location of the hotel in Lisboa was great, and had accesibility to free and per pay parking. The included breakfast was awesome!. Not at all. Very recomendable for the price |

Kindness of hotel staff, cleanliness of the room and common areas, excellent hotel position in Lisbona very close to a metro station and about twenty minutes walk from historical downtown, easy to reach from airport.Good continental breakfast. |

Helpfull stuff and central location with many choices of public transport. In-room refrigirator and plenty of English language channels on TV. Very small rooms. Unsuitable for people with disabilities because the stairs are everywhere including inside the room. There was no ventilatilation or air conditioning in the room or a bathroom. Very old cheap carpet makes the room look bad. A lot of noise coming from the dining room and the hall all the time - day and night. |

Good comfortable room with a bathtub, a hairdryer, a fridge, even an electric pot. A little bit too old, but relaxing. Staff were kind and helpful. Just a few minutes to the nearest metro station "Parque". |

noisy elevator, bed not so good, no free parking near (you have to pay parking each 4 hours - 5.05 euros), breakfast has no fruits, have too many sweets. |

room was spacious and nice decorated Very noisy, you can hear what you neighbours are doing, especially in the morning when the hotel staff starts serving breakfast. The breakfast was very poor, no choice at all; no fruits, no yogurts, just sandwiches. |

The room -interior- was ok. Breakfast was very poor and all that noise>... It was horrible! People screaming/talking so loud in the front, phone ringing, maids with dishes passing.. And all this, even though the room was kinda isolated from the others. |

location-very near the underground station,reception staff - helpful and friendly exactly the same breakfast every day (I'd appreciate some variety of choice), the noise of collecting street rubbish between 2 and 3 am |
