Close to the town center (10 min. walking time).The receptionist at check-out time was very friendly and spoke several languages.

The receptionist at check-in time spoke very poor English. In the room the chair was broken with splinters still on the table, there was a big dent in the wall and the space between the bed and the wall on one side was no more than 40 cm. I would have liked a proposal to replace the chair, or at least to remove the splinters from the room and the broken one from the room.

The hotel has a very good location and the breakfast is fine. If you are lucky, you can have a quiet room. There is a luggage room where you can leave your bags if you are leaving late.

The staff is not really kind and the cleaninig is poor sometimes. The rooms with windows toward the street are too noisy, we had to ask for changing the room, because we couldn´t sleep. In the beds there must be something, because we got bitten. You can´t do the check-in before 2pm, no way. If you come at 1:50pm, they´ll make you wait

Residencial Aviz is very well located for a stay in Porto. For the price (very cheap) I was pleasantly surprised. It is a little tired, but it was clean.

Close and easily accessible (approx 10mins walk) to the main commercial district of Porto. No curfew, meaning people staying out late, like the locals do, meant that returning to the hotel at 4am was not a problem.

Toilet facilities were not brilliant. Our shower head kept falling off, which we had to continually re-attach.

The location of the hotel is ideal, only a few minutes walk from all the major attractions.

The rooms are very basic and tied. The Residence looks like it was once a lovely hotel but not any more. Like most buildings in Porto it looks like it could be falling down.

Price

Carpets should be cleaned.For dust allergic this one is bad.

Отель очень удобно расположен и для подъезда, и для осмотра города (10 минут от ст. метро Bolhao по очень красивой пешеходной улице). Современные удобные номера, совершенно неожиданные в старом доме.

Отстающие от стены обои под красивой портьерой. Не удалось подключиться по Wi-Fi (ключ сети был предоставлен бесплатно, но соединение не установилось).

perdí mi billete de avión y me dí cuenta a las 12 de la noche, necesitaba imprimirlo y en el hotel era imposible. Afortunadamente en el hotel accord, aunque no fuera cliente, me hicieron el favor.

Расположение нормальное - можно сказать, что центр города.

"Беспроводной доступ в Интернет предоставляется на территории всего отеля бесплатно." - вот эта опция оказалась банальным обманом. Интернет в отеле предоставляют только платно. А ведь при выборе отеля наличие бесплатного интернет сыграло решающую роль. Кроме того, номер попался, скажем так, плоховатый - жить можно, но за те же деньги бывало и гораздо лучше. Женщина на рецепшине не знала английского :) В общем три звезды в Порто могут разительно отличаться от трех звезд в других городах Европы. Вывод для всех: этот отель чисто для ночлега, для неприхотливых путешественников, "на один раз".
