The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed. The staff doesn’t speak english and wasn’t friendly at all. And it was really a big problem. They didn’t even try to help. We booked 2 single rooms and 1 double, but we received 3 single rooms (one of them hadn’t any window and hadn’t enough space for 2 people) And it was imposible to explain to the staff anything. In my room the water was dripping all the time from the tap, and I cant close the window, because there wasn’t any handle…Very noisy! The hotel is not in the city center, it’s about 40 minutes to walk to the center. I would not stay there again. |

Staff was friendly even though they didn't speak English at all! Too much noise! I was waking up in the morning (6 am ) all the time from the hotel staff members who were talking to each other and the buzzer was soooo annoying! In addition, the humidity in the rooms was too much but I am not sure if it is the hotel's problem or just the Porto climate. I left a piece of paper on the desk and after 3 days was wet! The location was a bit dodgy as well. |

Tranquilidad, centrico, trato amable del personal, y limpieza. No tener un servicio mínimo de bar donde al menos comprar agua o algo de comer aunque no sea comida de cocina, ya que por las noches cierran todo y no hay ni un solo lugar donde comprar algo. |

Trato familiar, limpieza y buena relacion calidad-precio. Para ir andando esta un poco apartado del centro, no demasiado, pero al volver es todo subida y...... lo mejor es coger los autobuses que pasan por delante y si es muy tarde un taxi. |

El hotel se anuncia como q está en el centro de la ciudad y no lo está, está a media hora andando desde el centro y encima subiendo una buena cuesta. me hicieron esperar para entrar a la habitación hasta las 2 de la tarde, cuando anunciaban a las 12 en recepción. Me dieron una habitación en la buhardilla que hacía muchisima calor y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba,lo que arreglaron poniendome un ventilador,q tampoco podia poner porque el enchufe del dormitorio no funcionaba. el baño además olía fatal a cañerias. |

El trato de la gente que trabaja ahí. Muy amables. Que no hay ascensor. Que el parking aunque es gratuito tiene un acceso muy muy malo. Una rampa con mucha pendiente sin asfalto y con baches. |
