Everything, it is the best hotel I booked in Portugal. The staff is excellent,the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the location and the view are better than you can imagine. |

Amazing hotel!! The room was clean, comfort and beautiful. The best hotel I have stayed in my last 3 holidays. The bathroom is really luxorious. A real great deal. |

This is a modern family-run hotel where the owners have made a lot of efforts to make the stay as comfortable and nice as possible with a really nice personal touch. You can feel like being at home, with a fitness room, a billiard, a swimming pool and even a reading corner. Everything was perfect except the breakfast which was ok but did not offer much variety. |

Nice room with a great view, car parking, swimming pool, good breakfast, nice staff. Bathroom: awkwardly situated shower, low and uneven hot water supply; noise from the corridor. |

Nice hotel at centre of town and very near to the Convent Room was at the back and a bit noisy so make sure you get a room at the front |

Very helpful front desk, very clean, interesting art and architecture of the hotel itself, good TV selections (for English-speaking clientele), balcony with nightime view of the Cathedral, good restaurant recommendations from the staff. |

Hotel muito acolhedor, muito bem localizado, pessoas muito simpáticas, recomendo a toda as pessoas que gostem de passar um fim de semana bem agradável. Chuveiro com água fraca (no entanto o hotel é um hotel ecológico que aposta na poupança de água, portanto calculo que tenha sido devido a este factor) |

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en warme, huiselijke sfeer.De uitbaters doen echt hun best om het naar je zin te maken. Uitstekende ligging. Leuk detail is de muur in de zithoek aan de receptie waarop tientallen beoordelingen van bezoekers zijn geprojecteerd. Probeer ook eens het restaurant 'en cualquier cirnconstancia' vlak naast het hotel (ons trouwens aangeraden door de uitbater van het hotel), een zeer sfeervol restaurant en bijzonder qua inrichting, waar we heel lekker hebben gegeten voor een zacht prijsje. |

a Casa do Outeiro supreendeu-nos pela simpatia do atendimento, bem como pela vista que o quarto tinha sobre o mosteiro. Sem sombra de dúvida um exemplo a seguir para alguns hoteis de 5 estrelas. Simplesmente fantástico! |
