What i liked the most was the friendly family-like reception when I first got at Condado. All personnel are very friendly and ready to attend every need we may have. The place is very clean and confortable. And of course, the low cost prices and central location make this hostel a great place to stay.

The rooms decor is kind of old.

I really appreciated the fact that I really spent only 18 euros to sleep one night at Faro. For me, the room was not bad, you pay for the quality you have, and in Condado, I had what I needed. The staff is Great, Always available.

Is difficult to access Internet, but that's something needless. I would advise that this room was the best option for me(1 night, backpack traveler).

The staff, all one of him was friendly & gave me a new room as there were several things wrong with the first. TV channels - a lot of them.

Ye gets what ye pays for, never truer! It's very run down & shabby, not clean even though room service every day. No facilities at all. Had to pay cash -a big minus

It was cold. No heating.

The price and the location was very good and we had our own bathroom. The staff spoke english.

Everything was old and smelly but it reflects the price realistically.

-There was NO heating at all. And it was extremely cold to any human being -when i complained, the staff gave me the answer "it's a cheap place so don't expect much" -asked to use blankets instead -bathroom had no hot water - Bathroom too small that WC cover kept dropping on your back when you're on it - staff uncaring and unhelpful -could not provide info when asked abt local tours I know it was cheap but i paid the same price in Lisbon and got a perfect room with heating, wifi, powerful shower and great service! So the lame excuse of cheap price is not relevant!

It is very cheap, staff is friendly and helpful.

You cannot expect to much for that price.

Separate clean room with separate bathroom, bathtub and balcony to enjoy the weather and view of city.

Hmmm only breakfast was not complimentary but the room rate was very reasonable so it's still affordable and good.

the fact that i booked a double bed, and i was given twin beds!!! very very very very bad!

Window didn't close, so, too much light in the room to sleep well. We can hear all the noises from the stairs,closest rooms and streets.

To start with, I wonder if you have ever checked this disgraceful place before you put it into your bookings !The Condado is bellow standard for anyone to stay in.The few young males lurking around the place, have no idea of condacting a business ! They do not speak Portuguese,(when I tried to speak in Portuguese) their English is very limited, in fact I wonder how they manage to start a business in Portugal.It is like being in a different world. The place is outdated dark and very poor furnished all round.I Was put on a third floor, no lifts.The bathroom is very old.The bidet didn't work, the toilet pan dirty, loo brush no different.Under the beds the dust was unbelievable on arrival.In the balcony I discovered that one of the partition glass separating from the room next door was not there and anyone could get into my room as I slept with door opened. The only stair case is allocated also as fire exit.On cheching out I found out the evening before that they do not take any credit cards as payment.Receipt is hand written.I Had to go out about 10pm to look for a cash machine to take cash for payment.There was no facilities of a printer , when I used the only very dated computer to make my check in on line.In all I would never recommend this bellow standard B&B.It is nothing but that.It spoiled my staying in Faro.

There was free wireless. The staff was friendly but not very helpful in solving the complaints that I had on the room.

On the booking site was written that the room has a balcony, but the room did not have a balcony, only two windows: one very small and another to an interior dirty court. I asked for a room with balcony but they said there is not one disposable. The first room they gave to me was the window broken. Was very cold In the room and first they said they will give me a hob to warm the room, but in the evening they said they do not have a hob. They gave me 2 blankets but was not very comfortable to sleep with 3 blankets on you. The "hot" water was more cold than warm. They cleaned the room every day, but everything was so old and untidy that the general impression on the room cleanliness was poor.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.It was the worst experience ever.It was so cold in the rooms we could not sleep.There is very limited hot water.If you wake up later then 8 and want to have a shower you can have only with cold water, it was very bad.Some rooms have broken windows in the bathroom.It looks very old.The hotel is not so close from the station.The public parking are the places near the buildings around and can get occupied very fast and then I do not know where you can park.We were not in the high season and it was already very crowded.There is no possibility of heating the rooms.We wanted to get some information about renting a car but it was not possible.The rooms are very small.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My room was perfect, just what I was looking for. Fantastic value for money.

Old furniture and appliances, not sure about cleanliness: difficult to tell since everything is old and looks grey... Noise level might not be very high but everything can be heard from the street or adjacent rooms...feels like the walls are made of paper! I would only go back there if I was on an extremely tight budget...

We stayed only one night, so I cannot really say. It was nothing fancy, but clean, receptionists were nice, 5 min walking from the centre of Faro, price is just fine.

In Condado we slept only one night but everything was good. Room was small but tidy and with own toilet with bath and with balcony. Man in reception was polite for us. If you looking for hotel to sleep in safety place without swimming pool etc - you can choose Condado. Guest from Poland.

We have a problem to find Condado bat it's normal in Faro because there are many simillar narrow streets.

This place has 24h reception, very pleasant and helpful staff. Definitely recommended for short stay.

Old beds and very small bathrooms, but be fair cannot expect more for this money.
