Residencial Costa Do Sol  

We came by car, so the free garage was a big plus. It is secure (cameras) and clean. We drive a Volvo v70, which is a rather large car, and it fit into one parking space perfectly (someone commented that you cannot fit in a car bigger than a Renault Clio - not true, unless you are not a good driver). The staff were friendly, the room and the bathroom spotlessly clean (even the area under the bed was clean). They have hardwood floors - so no dirty carpets. An excellent choice if you are visiting for a couple of days (metro station 100m away, 15 minutes to walk to the centre). The breakfast was included in the price. It was quite ok, but we didn't book the hotel for the breakfast anyway. It is a safe part of town. We would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast is not the best in the world, but there is something for everyone: fruits, cold cuts, cornflakes, different kinds of bread and toast, jam, butter etc. The tables in the dinning room are kind of small and wobbly, but they make for a funny breakfast (you hit your knee, spill the coffee, and then laugh like crazy). That's about it for this section. Oh, maybe this is not the best hotel for people that are disabled, because I don't think they have a lift (only two floors anyway).

Good location close to metro and main pedestrian street, old city center. Room is nice and renovated, the hotel is an old residence which is nice and the breakfast was good, a lot of different pasteries, hotel stuff really helpful and nice, free garage parking

The rooms are quite small, although renovated and new especially the bathroom, but it is perfect for a short city trip

There were prostitutes oppososite the hotel, ants and bugs in the bathroon, the tv never worked in the morning and it was very noisy.

Garagem e internet excelentes. Reservamos porque minha filha e meu genro estiveram neste hotel no ano passado. Hotel e móveis são antigos mas bem cuidado. Poderiam melhorar os travesseiro. Os funcionários são atenciosos, ajudam com a bagagem e atendem as solicitações dos hospedes. Nota 10 para o Senhor Alexandre, funcionário da noite, sempre preocupado com a satifação do hóspede. Com o seu jeito simples fez com que nos sentissemos em casa. Estava sempre sorridente e de bom humor. Deixou tão boa lembrança para a minha família que levamos as fotos da minha filha e do meu genro tiradas no ano anterior.

Não tenho reclamações a fazer. Fica como sugestão, para quem fizer a reserva, solicitar quartos na ala nova. Se for um casal maturo, solicitar um quarto grande como o nosso por ser mais confortável.

朝食の時間は８時からとのことでしたが、私の都合にあわせて早朝から対応していただきました。スタッフの皆- さんが親切、チャーミングな方々でとても居心地がよかったです。お風呂もガラス戸の囲い付のバスタブがつい- ていて使いやすかったです。

Simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários, desde recepção até ao pequeno almoço. Ter garagem privativa Pequeno almoço Excelente.

El baño se veia viejo pero estaba bastante limpio

El hotel es confortable, limpio y comodo. La habitacion no es demasiado grande, pero ibamos a una escapada urbana, por lo que ibamos a estar en el hotel nada mas que para dormir. El desayuno buffet esta muy bien, a excepcion del cafe (pero soy muy particular con los cafes). Esta bien bastante lejos del centro, aunque andando es un paseo cuesta abajo. El regreso cuesta arriba ya se hace bastante pesado. Es una gran ventaja que tenga garaje propio porque aparcar en Lisboa es complicado y que el garaje este incluido en el precio de la habitacion una ventaja mas. Es un garaje pequeño y estrecho lo que te obliga a salir marcha atras o a hacer muchas maniobras para salir de frente, pero en nuestro caso con un coche pequeño no ha habido problemas. El personal del hotel muy amable y servicial.

отличная гостиница. красивый номер. небольшой уютный зал ресторана с красивой художественной работой по сырому кафелю с последующей прозрачной глазурью. прекрасный весёлый дядька-администратор александр, который нас встречал с порога. замечательная выставка-продажа поделок талантливого мастера миниатюр в жанре художественной работы с проволокой (кстати, больного синдромом дауна).

не работал кондиционер в режиме тепловентилятора. :( Впрочем, проблему решила центральное отопление. :)

Disponibilidade e simpatia dos funcionarios quando solicitados, principalmente da Gloria, garagem privativa, sossego, quarto isento de ruidos e comodamente aquecido que com a temperatura baixa que se fazia sentir na altura foi muito bom
