The staff were very friendly and ensured our needs were met. We were able to park our car underneath the hotel. This hotel was a little too far away from Lisbon city centre and getting home at night was rather difficult. |

Very nice staff, convenient location, good-size room. Bathroom: small (hard to turn around, little room for toiletteries), a bit run down, plumbing seemed clogged a bit. |

Good access to Lisboa center, quite easy to find by car. Old furniture is not so comfortable and have specific smell. Restaurant very small, if more guests have breakfast - little space. All facilities are at the very minimum level required for stars' status. |

There is free WIFI in the room. So I can make a plan to visit city and check my e-mails. No fruits for the breakfast. |

The staff at Reception were very helpful indeed. This created a good impression immediately, which they maintained throughout. Whilst the room was basic, it was quiet and clean and suited our stay in Lisbon. The walk to the metro was conveniently short (Arroios station) and the metro itself served our purpose in taking us to the centre quickly and safely, even at night. |

The maids were helpful when we needed extra hangers and kept the room clean. They placed fresh towels in the bathroom daily. The web site said they had laundry available, but they have no service for clothes of any kind. We had to either take our clothes to a dry cleaner three blocks away or wash them by hand in the tub and then hand them to dry. Also, the breakfast included in the price of the stay is the same every day, and that got old after a full week's stay. |

good location / decent pricing / excellent for someone who just want to sleep there for a few hours don't expect anything fancy, really... it's more like a dormitory, than a real hotel. breakfast could include fruits or some addons as well. |

The location is great, close enough to walk to the metro station or bus stop. Rooms very comfortable (we had a quad). We like it so much we booked a return night as we flew from Lisboa back home. There is a good little restaurant down the hill "Portugalia" which was economical and probably some of the best food we had during our 14 day trip. Not a thing, couldn't have been better---except for street noise, but in a big city I guess that can't be helped. The hotel is located on a small side-street however. |
