Hotel Delta  

I stayed 5 nights in Hotel Delta. It is very comfortable and clean, daily housekeeping too. Breakfast is very basic but can't complain really. Staffs are very helpful

Location is not exactly central to all the main attractions. It is about 5-7 minutes walk to Arrios subway station and 4 stops away from Rossio. However the positives way outweigh the negatives.

Room too small for 3 people. Beds and pillows uncomfortable.

Staff friendly. Good location, 5 minutes from the subway. Bathroom cleanly. Restaurants, cafes and banks in the neighbourhood.

I reserved a triple-room, but It was too small for 3 people. Walls too thin, I could hear everthing for neighbouring rooms.

Value for money all-round. Basic but tasty breakfast. Location - there's a cash machine, grocery shop, and a couple of good restaurants right outside. Parking is right under the hotel.

They don't actually offer a laundry service (one of the reasons I booked this hotel), but there's an easy self-service laundrette about 10 minutes walk away.

The staff were friendly even if they didn't all speak fluent English. People complaining about the breakfast don't have to eat it - they don't tie you down and force you! It's basic and does get a bit boring day after day but there's a great little bakery chain 'A Padaria Portuguesa' on Pascoal de Melo literally a minute's walk from the hotel with a cheap breakfast deal. The shower was nice and hot.

Room was a bit cold but there was a heater that worked well enough. Location was a fair hike to where the action is.

Staff tried hard to make our lives as easy as possible. Room was very clean, with a nice tub BTW. Breakfast is fair and straightforward; But if you mind and need a crown-fashioned meal in the morning, they point out places near the hotel for all sorts of budgets.

Does not have restaurant for dinner or launch.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean.

No internet service only Wi-fi.

Extremely narrow parking entrance. Almost impossible to drive in and we were having a punto. And that smell in the entire hotel. We do not recommend!

The Hotel is a little bit too far out but there is an underground about 5 minutes from the hotel.

The breakfast, one can hardly call a breadroll, a piece of cheese and a slice of ham breakfast. The street noise filters through to the rooms and one tends to hear the locals in the streets.

As expect a good room with big WC the breakfast was so basic put OK , the room was clean , big , hotel near 2 metro stations and buses station are o near

the biggest problem was WIFi unstable and no connection most of time , the viber in mobile for free international calls was blocked

The staff is quite helpful and the accomodations are comfortable. The hotel is quite near the subway station (actually, there are two stations around). Breakfast is quite simple but satisfying. I highly recommend if you don't want to pay much and sleep well. Oh, and I took a taxi from the airport and paid around 15 euros (sept 2012 fares).

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Well situated for restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Two lines of Metro easy to reach making the sights of the city (and beyond) very accessible.

Excellent help and service including thorougly information from staff in the reception. Calm and clean rooms. Fine breakfast according to room price.

irregular internet, double bed was actually two single beds which move away while we are sleeping, breakfast was minimal..we ate outside a lot of times, visitors were not at all allowed in the room

The lady receptionist Carla she'e very rude ,she don't know how to deal with the clients well..the breakfast is very poor ..They don't even bread toaster or they don't serve even eggs..

The dust bin in the bathroom is very small, keep your plastic bags to dispose of your rubbish.

The very friendly staff, good service. The rooms were basic and the beds a bit too firm but real good value for money!! Great location. Great access to public transport. Good neighbouhood, feels safe.
