Hem estat en una habitació doble amb bany, amplia, neta i tranquila. Les comunicacions al centre son bones: metro i tranvia a la porta de l'hotel. El tracte amb la gent de recepió es correcte. No hi ha posiblitat de deixar el cotxe davant l'hotel per recollir les maletes i el bany estar molt net tot i que el sabó no es recomenable. Els entorns de l'hotel de nit no son molt agradables pero el transport public i els taxis son una molt bona alternativa per arribar a la nit. |

Estava totalment reformat, l'habitació era molt gran i espaiosa i amb uns acabats molt nous. A la nostra habitació no havia endolls al lavabo, només habia un a l'habitació. |

It's on the same block as a metro station, and there is an internet cafe as well as a very nice cafe where the complementary breakfast was offered. The room was small, but functional. The pipes in the bathroom run outside the wall, and the hot water pipe is burning hot to touch. In the small shower, one needs to be careful. The TV could be upgraded to a flat panel at some point, but the variety of cable stations was better than any other hotel I stayed at during my vacation. |

The staff was extremely helpful, even though two of them did not speak english, they made sure that our queries were answered promtply. The location of this hotel is very good as it's barely 50 m away from Intendente metro station as well as the Tram 28 stop. One can reach Rossio, the heart of Lisbon, within 6-7 minutes. the rooms are very specious and clean. There are a couple of eateries next to the hotel so getting a traditional portuguese breakfast at 7am is possible. |

value for money I booked a double bed. Arrived and was put in a quadruple bed, huge, but with 4 single beds. I asked them whether they had a double room and they said they'd show me the next day. That night we put the beds together and slept well. Next day, the employee shows me the double. Turns out, that double had limited height and my boyfriend is tall, not to mention the size of the room was the size of the double bed so I said, "no, thank you, but I'll stay where I am," to which the employee said that I said I wanted a double bed so he gave my current room away and I was forced to move or leave. Very rude employee. I asked to contact the owner and in the end sorted it out and stayed at the original room but without a nasty fight 1st. |

Hotel was nice and "clean" for the cost. Very convenient to bus stop and tram 28 (which is a great way to see the entire city). Walk into center of town was only 10 minutes. |

The hotel is very new and clean. The room and bathroom are both clean. The bed is comfortable and the staff speaks very good English and very nice and helpful. It is not right in the centre but about 10 minutes walk away from Rossio or you can take the metro for two stops. Nothing particular but it would be nice to have a fridge in the room? They do sell cold drinks at reception if needed. |

Very clean hotel,in front of tube station and 15 min walking to the centre of the city.Also 10 min by car from the airport.Fantastic value for money!! The area around the hotel is quite poor. |

I like the receptionist, very helpful and the room is very clean. We can see road from the balcony, during the day, it is quite noisy, but during the night, the road is quiet.A fine place to stay at. It is a bit small i think, especially the toilet, no extra space to walk and the worse part is the toilet is not sound proof, when 1 is showering, the other in the room can be seriously disturb by the water falling sound pruduce in the toilet. |

It was in the city centre and near the metro station. There was not any closet in the bedroom. The room was smelly due to humidity. We asked the staff to be transfered to another room but they offered us a similar one. |

Hotel staff was excelent: very friendly and helpful. The metro station Intendente is just right next to the hotel and on foot to the Rossio square is less than 10 minutes. Double rooms are really small, there was some weird tobacco smell in the room and there is just one electric socket in whole room. |

Clean rooms, Airco and a fair walking distance to the city center(20min). Close to the metro and good places to have a descent breakfast are nearby. Staff was a bit grumpy and internet is 2 expencieve to use. Go a cross the street at the internet-cafe much better value for money. Rooms not corresponding to the pictures on the website. Area around the hotel is not one of the nicest neighbourhoods but we never had any trouble... (but i can see it beeing a problem for others who expect something else.) |
