Eindelijk een hotel met een simpele doch ruime badkamer! Een bad is nergens goed voor, liever een schone douche! Lokatie is ook perfect, naast de metro en in 2 stops in het centrum.

Buurt kan 's nachts wat onveilig aanvoelen, maar niet dat het echt storend is als je voor 0.00 uur 's nachts weer terug bent...

Vriendelijk personeel, dat Engels sprak, en het was schoon.

Nachtelijk lawaai.

Fijn personeel; erg schoon, kamer wordt elke dag goed schoon gehouden; goede locatie, op loopafstand naar het centrum en goed bereikbaar per openbaar vervoer voor uitstapjes naar verdere locaties; van binnen mooi gerenoveerd pand en straalt gevoel van verblijf in Lissabon uit.

Een beetje gehorig.

Wij waren aangenaam verrast door dit verblijf. Het moderne opgeknapte hotelletje heeft gelukkig een deel van zijn originaliteit bewaard. Wat ons betreft een aanrader. Er waren in het begin enkele kleine mankementen, zoals een douchekop die niet naar behoren werkte. Na melding bij het onthaal, was dit euvel 's avonds volledig hersteld.

Het hotel is recentelijk gerenoveerd, waardoor alles er nieuw en netjes uitzag. Tevens hadden we een balkonnetje, wat erg lekker was.

Ik had gereserveerd voor een tweepersoonsbed, en kreeg twee single bedden. Daarnaast waren zowel de kamer als de badkamer erg krap. Er was geen bureau, en slechts 1 stoel.

Schone kamer, elke dag schone handdoeken, lift aanwezig.

Douchekop van de muur en stuk, wordt niet gemaakt na klacht. Bed te kort en te harde metalen veren. Je stoot je hoofd aan schuine zoldering.

Gemakkelijk bereikbaar. 50m van metrohalte.

The staff was extremely helpful, even though two of them did not speak english, they made sure that our queries were answered promtply. The location of this hotel is very good as it's barely 50 m away from Intendente metro station as well as the Tram 28 stop. One can reach Rossio, the heart of Lisbon, within 6-7 minutes. the rooms are very specious and clean. There are a couple of eateries next to the hotel so getting a traditional portuguese breakfast at 7am is possible.

value for money

I booked a double bed. Arrived and was put in a quadruple bed, huge, but with 4 single beds. I asked them whether they had a double room and they said they'd show me the next day. That night we put the beds together and slept well. Next day, the employee shows me the double. Turns out, that double had limited height and my boyfriend is tall, not to mention the size of the room was the size of the double bed so I said, "no, thank you, but I'll stay where I am," to which the employee said that I said I wanted a double bed so he gave my current room away and I was forced to move or leave. Very rude employee. I asked to contact the owner and in the end sorted it out and stayed at the original room but without a nasty fight 1st.

The hotel is very new and clean. The room and bathroom are both clean. The bed is comfortable and the staff speaks very good English and very nice and helpful. It is not right in the centre but about 10 minutes walk away from Rossio or you can take the metro for two stops.

Nothing particular but it would be nice to have a fridge in the room? They do sell cold drinks at reception if needed.

Very clean hotel,in front of tube station and 15 min walking to the centre of the city.Also 10 min by car from the airport.Fantastic value for money!!

The area around the hotel is quite poor.
