Czysto, schludnie. Hotel z klimatem. Przstronny pokój. Klimatyzacja. Do stacji metra 50 m.

Okna wychodzące na głośną ulicę. Brak jakichkolwiek półek, szafy, stolika itp zarówno w pokoju jak i łazience. Na cztery osoby w pokoju jedyna maluteńka szafka + 1 krzesło.

Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, bliskość do centrum, położenie przy linii metra, wspaniały dostęp do komunikacji.

Brak wentylacji w łazienkach i brak lodówki. Jednak na kilkudniowy wyjazd, hotel jest godny polecenia :)

Blisko do centrum, znakomita i miła obsługa, czystość w pokoju.

Hotel położony na skraju dzielnicy Mouraria - późnym wieczorem nie polecam spacerów po tej części miasta, chociaż chodziliśmy i nie spotkało nas nic złego, ale dreszczyk pozostał :)

The staff was extremely helpful, even though two of them did not speak english, they made sure that our queries were answered promtply. The location of this hotel is very good as it's barely 50 m away from Intendente metro station as well as the Tram 28 stop. One can reach Rossio, the heart of Lisbon, within 6-7 minutes. the rooms are very specious and clean. There are a couple of eateries next to the hotel so getting a traditional portuguese breakfast at 7am is possible.

value for money

I booked a double bed. Arrived and was put in a quadruple bed, huge, but with 4 single beds. I asked them whether they had a double room and they said they'd show me the next day. That night we put the beds together and slept well. Next day, the employee shows me the double. Turns out, that double had limited height and my boyfriend is tall, not to mention the size of the room was the size of the double bed so I said, "no, thank you, but I'll stay where I am," to which the employee said that I said I wanted a double bed so he gave my current room away and I was forced to move or leave. Very rude employee. I asked to contact the owner and in the end sorted it out and stayed at the original room but without a nasty fight 1st.

The hotel is very new and clean. The room and bathroom are both clean. The bed is comfortable and the staff speaks very good English and very nice and helpful. It is not right in the centre but about 10 minutes walk away from Rossio or you can take the metro for two stops.

Nothing particular but it would be nice to have a fridge in the room? They do sell cold drinks at reception if needed.

Very clean hotel,in front of tube station and 15 min walking to the centre of the city.Also 10 min by car from the airport.Fantastic value for money!!

The area around the hotel is quite poor.

Hotel staff was excelent: very friendly and helpful. The metro station Intendente is just right next to the hotel and on foot to the Rossio square is less than 10 minutes.

Double rooms are really small, there was some weird tobacco smell in the room and there is just one electric socket in whole room.

Clean rooms, Airco and a fair walking distance to the city center(20min). Close to the metro and good places to have a descent breakfast are nearby.

Staff was a bit grumpy and internet is 2 expencieve to use. Go a cross the street at the internet-cafe much better value for money. Rooms not corresponding to the pictures on the website. Area around the hotel is not one of the nicest neighbourhoods but we never had any trouble... (but i can see it beeing a problem for others who expect something else.)
