Great friendly staff. Location
Room smelt. Walls were dirty. Room was very noisy.
There was nothing about this hotel that was good except its in the town centre
The hotel was dirty the carpets had stains all over them, the walls had stains all over, the shower curtain was held up with a bit of string,.. and NOISY!!! I have traveled a lot and staid in many hostels and hotels some clean some not so clean but this Hotel was the worst Hotel I have ever staid in. YUK !!!!
Staff were very helpful, they made the stay worthwhile I made booking mistakes, they sorted the problems.
The street is noisy at weekends, beyond staff control, better to get an upper floor.
Personel was polite and friendly, towels and linen were changed every day.
Too noisy outside the window, no climatisation, very old building, poor breakfast.
It's cheap, large space with quite circumstance. I would strongly suggest to others.
Location is quite good. Lobby lady offered our private parking near hotel with discount.
Only two power sources in the whole room (one used by TV, other - in bathroom). Street is quite noisy in the morning, so be prepared to wake up early in the morning.
The location of hotel, the helpful and flexible stuff.
The loudness of bars, the weak wifi. The walls werent painted since years and the furniture and bathroom was a bit old, it was suprising if this hotel ranked four stars.
Wifi is not very good working
Very kind staff, close to the city centre.
Extremely noisy street until early morning and rooms as well, the windows and walls are really poor, you can hear the neighbouring room and bars as well. Old and smelly building.
Perfect location and very friendly and helpfull staff.Good breakfast. It's a little old but it worth for the money.
Very good service. Very helpful staff! Very good price.
Location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was sufficient. Good value for money.
Rooms could be a bit more clean and had less bed smell.
Every staff are helpful & politeness.
Hostel is too old. Cleanliness need to improve.
This hotel is excellent value for money! Don´t expect a five star hotel, but a good and clean room, friendly staff and a central location.
EXTREMELY NOISY - no sleep at all as the club across the road went until dawn.
Very friendly, helpful staff and an excellent central location in the city!
The location is great, right in the center and the staff is very welcoming and helpful.
Location is perfect, as well as price. Rooms are big and breakfast is simple but good
Location, downtown, price, wifi, cultural area.
Noise due to bars and discos
Location is perfect, right in the center of Porto. You're on walking distance to various interesting places of the city. The price is unbeatable.
The hotel is rather old, rooms could use some makeover. But, hey, the price is unbeatable. A little noisy due to being located in a very active part of town.
Excellent value for money. Clean, simple with good sized rooms and a bath!! The staff couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast of fresh bread, ham and cheese suited us fine. The location is perfect for sightseeing. This is our second stay and we have booked again for 2 nights in April.
It is noisy at night in the street below but, as I said in my last review, take some ear plugs! I did on this visit and it made all the difference.
