Great location.. Right close to Rossia station where one can get train directly to Sintra. Lots of restaurants and sight seeing places nearby. Take tram 15 to Belem. Aerobus from airport to hotel stops also very close to this hotel. Although taxi for 2 or more people is also not expensive in Lisbon. Friendly staff and decent breakfast if not the best. Clean towels and confortable bed. Definately stay at this hotel again when visiting Lisbon. We even had bath and tiny balcony for this low price! Simply Great! Rooms are small, towels they got to buy new ones |

Excellent location very close to the Aerobus stop, plenty of restaurants around, and walking distance to the old town Barrio Alto (a must at night). We stayed at this hotel twice and both times the rooms where very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is good. Good value for money. |

Great economy hotel! Wonderful location, safe and very close to Lisbon's attractions; also, many cafes and restaurants nearby, so no need to search for a nice place to eat. All the necessary facilities, decent breakfast, clean rooms... Very nice and helpful staff! Rooms are sometimes noisy - may be problematic for trouble sleepers or small babies - the street rooms tend to get noisy at night with restaurant and nearby theatre's patrons, the back rooms with air-conditioning machinery outside. Still, great place to stay, especially at that price - after all, what should one expect of a hotel with such central location! |

The location could not be better. The hotel is situated within close proximity to most anything you would want to see in Lisbon. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. Unlike some other reviews, we found the breakfast to be more than adequate and a good start to a jam-packed day exploring the city. |

Location was very close to a lot of things: metro/tram access, restaurants/fast food/pastry shops, shopping areas. Hotel was clean and lobby was spacious. Breakfast was included and quality of coffee/cocoa/food was good. |

Unbeatable city centre location in traffic free street. Close to main sights and transport hubs. Clean and comfortable rooms. Recently renovated bathrooms. Breakfast basic (but acceptable given price). Street noise from late night revellers/early deliveries may be an issue for front facing rooms (though not particularly for me). Overall very convenient and excellent value for money. |

Centrally located within a some minute walk of Placa do Comercio and other important tourist points, point of departure of tourbus, Metro and other transport , railway, subway and of mini-restaurants with European economic profile and good food would be useful for staff better to talk, to speak in several languages such as French, Italian; too little room, only one seat |

A clean, comfortable property centrally located...*Request a room in the center or rear to avoid significant street noise. Some starnge sewer gas smell coming from bathroom...advised to keep the door closed at night and leave the ventilatioin fan running. |

The hotel is very well situated, within walking distance of the main attractions, 100 metres from a metro station and near plenty of bars and restaurants. Staff were generally helpful and multilingual. Breakfast was included, but was so bad that we decided to go somewhere else on the second day. Rooms facing the street can be noisy, and they can feel very small if you are staying more than one or two days... |

The location of the hotel is excellent, on a pedestrianised street, where you can walk straight to the city centre. |

This hotel is located right in the middle of the older portion of the city. The airport bus stops within 50yds, there are almost countless eating choices close by, and we loved walking up and down the streets to all kinds of shopping. Its old, but very clean and neat. There is no question we would stay here again. |

It was clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a large ensuite bathroom. Our room was rather dark because the only window looked into a narrow service courtyard with restricted daylight. |
