my room had a balcony so the noise outside bothered me. especially since it was right in front of a theater.
The bed was a little bit short and there was no oppertunity to cook water in the room to make some tea.
Very fine staff, fast Wifi
very friendly and helpful staff and a great location
street noise one night
a clean, comfortable, very reasonably priced hotel. Thoughtful staff: as we had used the spare bed cover on our first night we had extra blankets put on our beds without asking, very kind. Staff very helpful with sight seeing ideas etc.
Although not the hotel's fault, we didn't like the local restaurants constantly touting for business and the taxi driver who overcharged us from the airport. The hotel use a reliable woman driver.
The excellence and helpfulness of all the hotel staff. The hotel's location was very central-much better than many of the more expensive hotels. As it was a pedestrianised area it was delightfully quiet at night
bed was hard ,room was a bit cold (although this was March) unable to adjust aircon to suit
good location ,very helpful staff good standards of cleanliness, breakfast fairly standard but excellent value for money
The staff were helpful and it was good value for money
Nice friendly hotel, helpful staff. Would return. Ideal city centre location. Staff very helpful with tours etc.
coffee at the breakfast table could have been warmer :-)
simple but very clean rooms (recently refreshed) central location very friendly staff
A bit noisy outside. Bring earplugs.
Excellent location, clean facilities and affordable price. After the substantial buffet breakfast, a light coffee shop lunch was all the food we needed while visiting this beautiful, history-rich capital. And then, not far from the hotel, we had fantastic Portuguese meals for supper...grilled fish and chicken, stews and soups, seafood salads, etc., with wine, for 12-15 euros pp.
Perfectly situated, friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
I really like the location. I also like the staff too. And the free Wi-Fi.
I booked double room , did not expect such a very small room ,,, smal bed not double ,,, walls so thin , could hear shower and tv in next room , this is not good enough
Friendly staff , reception staff very helpful and courteous , breakfast was very nice ,
Limited Wi-Fi available. Not in the room.
Helpful staff to advise us of the available transportation and guide us to the various facilities we wanted to see. Recommended good restaurants for dinners and lunches.
Wish it were a bit less noisy
The location was excellent - though a bit noisy at night. The entire staff was warm, helpful, and well-informed. When we left, we felt we were family
The room was clean, quite but a little on the small side. There could have been more storage space for clothing etc.
The staff were friendly and really helpful. The location of this hotel is just brilliant. It's situated in the center of the historic area of Lisbon.
Nicely located, safe, close to the subway and many historical places. We were staying at the 4th floor. Room was spacious to have an extra bed. It was not noisy with open window. Bathroom was also about at least 8 meters. Room was modest, but clean. Breakfast good enough for this price and even Neespresso coffee machine with good coffee as much as you want.
Wifi was not good
Proffesional crew, in the middle of the city center, delicious breakfast
The plumbing could be a bit noisy at times, with unexpected bangs, rumbles and gurgles at different times of the day and night!!
The hotel was very central and it was easy to walk, take the tram and bus and get the metro to other parts of the city. The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable, with excellent free wifi. Breakfast was very good, and there was a very friendly restaurant and bar for meals and drinks throughout the day. We liked that the hotel was near lots of restaurants and shops but our room was very quiet - we couldn't hear any street noise at all.
Good location and friendly staff were the best. Also the price was very reasonable.
We liked the staff. We liked the breakfast - we have had much worse in establishments which were far more expensive. We liked the location
ROOM COLD AT NIGHT
Location, breakfast(good and included in the price), staff, clean.
Lovely room and bathroom. Great to have fresh air coming in through the balcony doors.
