Lovely staff and central location
Extremely noisy at night- all night
Excellent location. Walking distance to buses, trams, restaurants Room for three had a separate small wing for adult child.
Parking can be difficult. Must pay for parking in Lisbon
Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was confortable and clean. Nice breakfast. We felt the Lisboa ambiance.
The room had a fishy smell. Maybe because of the restaurants near by. Would help to get some deodorizers. Other than that is was really nice
Location in amongst the Theatre & Restaurants & all pedestrianized.
All though they had safety deposit boxes, down in the lobby,it would be nice to have them in the room. Also no tea making facilities in room.
Location, Cleanness, Friendliness of the Staff, Modernity of the facilities, very good breakfast
Small size of the room
The location was excellent! The hotel sits on a pedestrian street with all the cafés in nightlife anyone would want. We just loved it.
While the breakfast was quite ample, it didn't have much quality to it. And the hotel is a little tired.
The location and helpfulness of the staff.
Great breakfast.Comfortable rooms and great location.Well priced .Would recommend staying here to others.
Service could have been better
room was really tiny but when we asked, staff moved us to a larger room. delicious breakfast buffet included in the price. staff helpful with taxis, arranging entertainment
the street noise.
nice hotel good breakfast very small room but nice
very noisy stayed there on a sat night hard to sleep at front of hotel loud music till 430
everything at hotel
Good breakfast, lovely staff and great location.
Lift broke down which added to Lisbons already plentiful stair climbing!
Lovely, helpful staff. Good breakfasts. My wife has coeliac disease and they provided gluten free bread and crackers at breakfast.
There was a really bad smell in our room #405 that was coming from the bathroom.
The hotel is centrally located and close to restaurants, shops and Rossio station. Very convenient! The staff at reception were helpful and friendly.
The rooms can be improved and with some refurbishment can be made to look much 'fresher'.
Staff was very good. The room we had, # 503 was nice. Reviews we had read talked about being noisy, but with the window closed at night it was not a problem. The street gets fairly quiet after 11pm. The included breakfast was good. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and if in Lisbon again it would be my choice.
Nothing, everything was very good. As with any hotel there were a few nuances, but nothing we would complain about.
Siesta disturbed by workmen in the hotel. One opened our door but closed it very quickly when he saw we were in. Thought we were out, no big deal. Do not disturb cards to hang on the door knob would be good idea
Very helpful staff. Handy location.
It is very noisy at night and can be heard from the rooms overlooking the street until 3 or4 o'clock in the morning. No good if you want the windows open so get a room at the back.
Booked for my mum and I. Friendly, helpful receptionists. Location is absolutely perfect. Standard twin room was adequate size for a couple of nights, good size bathroom, AC in room and everything was clean. Bathroom window had a knack to it being one of those that can open out, or have the top only extend inward. I couldn't close it and a guy came up to assist very quickly. Internet available in lobby was very helpful for checking in online and reception were helpful in printing our boarding passes (Irish airline didn't send SMS boarding pass).
Breakfast was late the morning we were going to the airport. 8 people were waiting by the time we went and notified reception. Reception was clearly v.unhappy with the breakfast staff for being late, immediately made a call and the door was unlocked. When we got into the breakfast room the offering was basic. Not a large selection and poor service for tea and coffee (the coffee machine wasn't working for a long time and neither was the rotisserie toaster). Disappointing end to an otherwise very enjoyable stay.
Location close to subway/bus and major attractions, breakfast had variety and was tasty. Good price per room.
A bit noisy in early morning as windows face street but can be overlooked. WiFi ok but cut out from time to time. Bed was a bit hard.
Position is excellent! Staff was very nice, breakfast was acceptable.
Cleaning was very unsatisfactory. Dust everywhere, the bath was full of hair, the toilet not cleaned properly.
Pleasant place to stay, good restaurant on ground floor, Pedestrian street. In center of old town
Room and bathroom quite small. Street facing rooms are noisy particualy on weekends.
This hotel is central, very friendly staff and helpful, great breakfast, and parking for 11 works per day at close parking station. Highly recommend this hotel
Staff, service, location. I asked a quiet room because room with window to the street are noise and was given a good room.
bedroom could be better. room was too close to elevator and some people arrive to late and do not understand that people may be sleeping.
