Helpful staff, great location, good breakfast.
Breakfast was very good. A great value. Location couldn't have been better. The staff was super. Can't say enough good things. We booked another night before our flight. Easy to get to from airport.
New room and furniture. The bed was very confortable and the staff very kind and helpfull. Tnx so much.
The wifi didnt work. We must registrate on a web.... I didnt like at all
Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception centric situation of the hotel clean, nice bathroom
The room itself was really tiny for a couple, no desk, no chair. We stayed only one night, I can't imagine staying for several nights in such a small room, so the price is not justified.
Location. Clean, great shower, informative staff
Bed was sunken
Fresh bedding daily, hotel was spotless. Location perfect, easy access from trains.
everything - have stayed there numerous times before and hopefully will again
not a thing we didn't like
The hotel was very central, easy check, staff very helpful, free wi fi,the room was small, but clean & adequate. Bathroom good size with bath & shower. Breakfast typical continental with the added bonus of scrambled eggs & bacon. Good price & able to leave cases for several hours in a locked room prior to flight. Would definitely stay again, location & service by far outweighs the small room.
location good choice of food for breakfast friendly and helpful staff good wifi
Antonio on reception was a real gentleman. Really well informed and super helpful. He really made our stay extra helpful. He is a real asset to the hotel. 10 out of 10.
We liked everything
Superb location near shopping and a good range of quality and value restaurants. Easy to get to Metro and other public transport and airport 40 mins by metro. Atmosphere is stylish and good restaurant and bar (with bar food) attached to hotel.
Lower-floored rooms can be noisy due to nearby theatre loud promotion and general foot and vehicle traffic while superior rooms on higher floors are much quieter. Standard doubles can be rather small.
- Very very friendly, helpful and patient staff on the front desk, and staffed 24 hours a day. Nothing was too much trouble for them! - Lovely, varied and plentiful breakfast - Excellent location, on the doorstep of some really good restaurants, and close to local attractions as well as the River Tagus too. The very elegant Rossio station only 5 mins walk away. - VERY economical prices - we were very impressed. - Clean, nicely decorated hotel and bedroom. Our sheets (and towels whenever we wanted) were changed daily. - Computers were available for use in the reception area, as well as there being a comfy sit-down/relax area near it. - Multilingual staff - they didn't push English on us if we wanted to try out some Portuguese, yet it was helpful and reassuring to know they were versatile in various languages.
- Occasionally there was a bad sulphur odour coming from the pipes in the bathroom, and it was usually following a very loud creaking sound! - The beds and pillows could have perhaps been a bit comfier, but saying that, this is such a good value hotel and I don't think we could have had more with this amazing price. - In the breakfast room I was concerned that on one of the mornings one female member of staff (perhaps she was new I think) was bossed around a lot by another (female) member of staff...whilst I don't understand much Portuguese, I did get the impression that perhaps what was being said wasn't all that pleasant. Maybe that was just a one-off though, but just felt it was worth a mention so that the hotel can make sure all staff are being treated well by one another. Overall though we Really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely recommend it to others!
Great location. Very close to the central attractions and not too far from the airport. Good breakfast and nice, clean and comfortable rooms.
It's located very close to a theatre that plays loud, 'cheesey' songs from popular musicals all day and into the night which is very annoying!! The windows don't don't drown it out enough!
Hotel staff friendly helpful. Rooms were adequate and clean. Wonderful location near Restaurants Rossio Square Metro trains. My husband did not think the bed was comfortable but I did but would not knock the hotel on this. Good breakfast choice. Left a bottle of wine on our bed for Valentines night lovely gesture
Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent value for money. Close to several good restaurants, shops & Lisbons main tourist sights.
The location can't be better. It's basically close to everything and you can walk to everywhere expect Belem.. WiFi is stable and available.. Breakfast is good.. The staff is very friendly and helpful..
The room size was very small and the bed was the smallest double bed I have ever seen in any hotel anywhere..
The whole package, cheerful staff, excellent breakfast kept freshly topped up all morning. The valentines treats were above and beyond expectations
Nothing not to like
Beautiful interior with interesting paintings. The place. Good breakfast.
Loudly air condition that could not warm the room completely. Not a good view to the outside.
Staff friendliness was great. Location down town very convenient. Museums, theater, restaurants, shops, all local public transport in very close distance.
The size of the bedroom was to small, a queen size bed and without chair and desk.
Wonderful staff and excellent facilities. Great breakfast.. Perfect location Spacious and comfortable room
This hotel has it all. It may be the best hotel for me, that I have ever stayed in. The Breakfast meal is great and you can lay back and feel at home. The bathroom was huge.
I only had four days to spend there.
Reception are very helpful. The location is very good. Breakfast is rich.
Room 104 is not good - against the window and there is a big noisy machine. Ask not you stay in it.
Good location, rich tasty breakfast, friendly staff
bathroom had window door, so other person in the room could feel uncomfortably; small room without panoramic view
Good facilities, Friendly staff
Great staff, possibility for glutenfree breakfast, perfect location
