Staffs are very kind and provide useful information for tourist location is great , transportation is very convenient overall is worth
heater is not working well
location of hotel food at the restaurant next to hotel staff were very helpfull
sometimes a little noisy when people leave early in the morning or arrive late at night
The only positives of this place is the great location and better than most european breakfast.
Super small room.
Location, walking distance from most good places in the city. Breakfast was decent enough.
Very very small claustrophobic rooms.(Stayed in Rooms 507 and 404). The air conditioner was really old and extremely noisy in both rooms. Old wardrobes and furniture. You should stay at this place only if you intend to be out in the city all the time and need a place only to keep bags and sleep a little. But I think you might have better relaxed places for around the same price.
Location in the city, nothing else. Breakfast was decent enough, not very good, not very bad either.
Very very small claustrophobic rooms. Extremely noisy and old air conditioning. Old wardrobes and furniture.
really good hotel very clean great breakfast and bar open late and very generous measures, staff could not have been more helpful good restaurant next door and many more nearby
cold rooms. not a big choice for breakfast.
location, service, breakfest
This hotel is very clean and up to date. The breakfast is excellent and the location is fantastic.
Good location and fabulous staff!!!!
Wonderful location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean residence. Nice breakfast with excellent bread and as much espresso coffee as you want. I would definitely go there again.
Maybe the teapots could be changed for ones that don't dribble. I've noticed in many places throughout the world that this particular type of pot usually leaks.
Excellent complete breakfast We got a nice room facing the street on one of the lower floors. There is an elevator. Wifi was good. We could hear nice music from the street which set the right atmosphere while we were there. There is a theatre accross the hotel. You can also close the windows to block the sounds from the streets. We liked the room, small but has a nice atmosphere. Liked the wooden door infront of the classic windows and the sliding door of the bath room.
The street of the hotel is full of restaurant staff that ask you to come eat at their place. A bit annoying. But the one we ate at was very good, it had a nice atmosphere. It was a restaurant with a Spanish/Portuguese/Italian menu where a lot of people with a South Asian background work. The name of the restaurant is Locanda Italiana.
The location of the hotel is superb. Our room was very spacious. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.
The wifi connection was regularly interrupted.
Reception staff were so pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, the beds comfortable, the bathroom spotless. Breakfast was surprisingly varied given the price- fresh fruit, bacon and scrambled egg. The location was excellent. Quiet rooms at the back meant we didn't hear a thing from the music venue across the street,
One of our group was in a room where the walls were a strong orange. They thought it a tad loud.Bring dark glasses for room 602. Otherwise- not a thing.
great breakfast - clean rooms - nice bar with reasonable prices- hotel restuarant had a good menu with lovely food & reasonable prices
Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are nice and cozy. Location is perfect.
There was smell in the bathroom for some time of our stay.
Location being 2 mins from Rossi square. Within walking distance cafes bars restaurants and shops. All the staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast amazing no faults, nice room very clean. Efficient service.
Location Breakfast Room
This was our first visit to Lisbon, and the hotel location was perfect for exploring in all directions. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the breakfast each morning was great--lots of choices, attractive presentation, pleasant eating room. Good choice!
I would never do any research about hotels in central Lisbon. I would always return it. The FlorescenteI has been changed in an amazing and positive way in the past ten years. When I needed EP with three different problems, the staff were consistently helpful.
I was happy with everything.
It's just the city center. Next to train station, which is also good. Room is nice, clean, big bathroom. And definitely really good price for such a hotel. Staff is very helpful.
Room is a little small. But it doesn't really bother. We had problem with aircondition but person from reception immidiately helped us and found a solution.
perfect location and very nice breakfast
Sewer smell in bathroom; plumbing very noisy; no hot water on 2 out of 5 mornings
