空港バス停留所、駅など公共交通を使用するにはとても便利。また徒歩で観光可能な場所なので、ロケーション- がとにかく良い。 WI-FIが弱い。インターネット環境がもっとよければよかった。 |

ﾎﾃﾙの場所はどこに行くにもたいへん便利なところです。設備も良く、建物の内部もﾎﾟﾙﾄｶﾞﾙらしく階- 段等の壁際はｱｽﾞﾚｰｼﾞｮが施されていました。ダブルのｼﾝｸﾞﾙﾕｰｽで、ｽﾄﾘｰﾄｻｲﾄﾞの３階- （日本では４階）。 朝食の内容は２つ星ﾎﾃﾙにしてはまあまあだと思うが、ｵﾚﾝｼﾞｼﾞｭｰｽは薄くてまずかった。 |

空港バスのバス停から近くて良かった。メインのロシオ駅からも近いので、電車・地下鉄・バス・市電どれも乗- りやすかった。 シャワーの水圧が弱い。ミニバーがない。道路側の部屋だと、夜は向かいのバーからの音楽、朝はトラックの音- がうるさい。 |

地下鉄からの便利が大変良く、周りのレストランもリーズナブルな店が多く、楽しめる環境にあった。フロント- のスタッフも感じがよく、また、朝食もハムやチーズもあり、満足でした。 |

部屋によりかなりコンディションが違うようです。私の部屋はダブルルームのシングルユース・バス付という条- 件こそ満たしていたもののとにかく狭く、スーツケースを広げるスペースもありませんでした。バスルームは貧- 相でどこかすっきりせず、ゆっくりお湯に浸かる気にはなれませんでした。たまたまドアが開いていた他の部屋- をのぞくと、そこはきれいなウッドフロアで洗面台も広く快適そうでした。朝食はハム・チーズ・ヨーグルトと- いたって普通です。このホテルのユーザー評価が結構高めだっただけに、非常に残念でした。 中庭に面した側だったのですが、ビルの空調の音が一晩中うるさく気になります。またビル風なのでしょうか、- 気味悪い轟音がこれも一晩中うなり声をあげていました。他の部屋で水を使う度に、水道管からガッポンガッポ- ン音が聞こえてきます。結局耳栓をして寝ました。 |

劇場側の窓側の部屋はうるさくて眠れない。中の方は静かだった。場所は至極便利。 シャワーヘッドが全面壁上部に支える器具がなく、両手で頭を洗えなかったのは残念。 |

Excellent location,friendly helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom and although at the front of the hotel we were not disturbed by noise from the street. The cold buffet breakfast was good, apart from the coffee, and storage was provided for our luggage on the day we left. The coffee at breakfast. |

It was wonderful- clean, comfortable, excellent location, and they gave us a bottle of champagne in honor of our honeymoon. Nice breakfast, provided a wake up call exactly when we asked, very good experience. |

It was very roomy, had a small balcony that looked onto the activity on the street. It had a side room. I wish we could have stayed longer. I appreciated that the hotel managers spoke English. They were very courteous. |

The hotel is situated in the middle of busy restaurant area. We really liked it a lot. If you need a quiet area, this hotel is probably not for you, but for us the location was perfect - you can just step from the door and pick from the restaurants around. Also very helpful and nice staff. |

Great location, good breakfast,ultra clean - linen changed every day. No bar in hotel, but good honest bar/restaurant nextdoor on the left as you come out. We usually had a couple of nightcaps there after going further afield for dinner. Four gin & tonics (large Gordons poured in front of you, ice and lemon, and a bottle of tonic) was 11.6 euros. On our last night (a Monday) this bar was closed, so we sat at one in the busier area down to the right of the hotel (the Torremolino) and were served two insipid G&Ts for which we were charged 13.6 euros - so be warned! |

The hotel was in the heart of Lisbon and was close to shopping, restaurants and the metro. The hotel was directly across the street from a club and the music was rather loud during the nights. The windows did not seal well enough to keep out the noise. |

The staff were very friendly and the front desk staff spoke English. There was always someone available to answer any questions I had and to help order a taxi. The hotel is located in a very busy pedestrian street with many restaurants and a theatre immediately across the street. I was in a room at the front of the hotel and it was noisy most of the night -- remember the Portugues eat late! I recommend staying at this hotel but ask for a room that does face the street. |

The lobby and rooms had a charming decor. The halls while narrow had beautiful tiles. Rooms and bathroom were a good size. We had an inside room and were not bothered by any noise. The hotel had free wi-fi and a good complimentary continental breakfst. The location was great , close to many restaurants, public transportation ( subway, city buses, airport bus, and the Rossio train station for day trips to Sintra ), and the Rua Augusta for shopping and more restaurants. The area right in front of the hotel could get very congested and noisy on certain evenings when there was a concert in the building across from the hotel. That did not bother us but it might bother some people. I don't know whether rooms facing the street would have a problem with noise on those evenings. |

The desk staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They provided bus and train information, as well as directions. The housekeeping staff provided extra pillows and kept the room spotless. Noise from the street at night. |
