Stort bad. Rent. Nyoppusset (virket sånn innvendig), mye høyere standard enn forventet. Hyggelig frokostsal og grei frokost. Hyggelig beliggenhet sentralt i gågate i den gamle bydelen med nærhet og gangavstand til spisesteder, turistattraksjoner og andre bydeler Litt mer personlig vennlighet i resepsjonen (men vi hadde ingen egentlig behov utover nøkkel og betaling, og det fungerte kjempefint). Nattelivsstøy for rom som vender ut mot gågaten (vårt gjorde det, løses av Sov-i-ro!) |

Hotellet lå midt i"smørøyet for mitt besøk i Lisboa. Personalet i spisesalen var var blide når jeg smilte, og når de ble snakket til. Koselig og intimt. Enkelte i resepsjonen kunne vel vært noe blidere, noe mere forekommen - - .En liten bar hadde jo vært ønskelig. |

Excellent location,friendly helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom and although at the front of the hotel we were not disturbed by noise from the street. The cold buffet breakfast was good, apart from the coffee, and storage was provided for our luggage on the day we left. The coffee at breakfast. |

It was wonderful- clean, comfortable, excellent location, and they gave us a bottle of champagne in honor of our honeymoon. Nice breakfast, provided a wake up call exactly when we asked, very good experience. |

It was very roomy, had a small balcony that looked onto the activity on the street. It had a side room. I wish we could have stayed longer. I appreciated that the hotel managers spoke English. They were very courteous. |

The hotel is situated in the middle of busy restaurant area. We really liked it a lot. If you need a quiet area, this hotel is probably not for you, but for us the location was perfect - you can just step from the door and pick from the restaurants around. Also very helpful and nice staff. |

Great location, good breakfast,ultra clean - linen changed every day. No bar in hotel, but good honest bar/restaurant nextdoor on the left as you come out. We usually had a couple of nightcaps there after going further afield for dinner. Four gin & tonics (large Gordons poured in front of you, ice and lemon, and a bottle of tonic) was 11.6 euros. On our last night (a Monday) this bar was closed, so we sat at one in the busier area down to the right of the hotel (the Torremolino) and were served two insipid G&Ts for which we were charged 13.6 euros - so be warned! |

The hotel was in the heart of Lisbon and was close to shopping, restaurants and the metro. The hotel was directly across the street from a club and the music was rather loud during the nights. The windows did not seal well enough to keep out the noise. |

The staff were very friendly and the front desk staff spoke English. There was always someone available to answer any questions I had and to help order a taxi. The hotel is located in a very busy pedestrian street with many restaurants and a theatre immediately across the street. I was in a room at the front of the hotel and it was noisy most of the night -- remember the Portugues eat late! I recommend staying at this hotel but ask for a room that does face the street. |

The lobby and rooms had a charming decor. The halls while narrow had beautiful tiles. Rooms and bathroom were a good size. We had an inside room and were not bothered by any noise. The hotel had free wi-fi and a good complimentary continental breakfst. The location was great , close to many restaurants, public transportation ( subway, city buses, airport bus, and the Rossio train station for day trips to Sintra ), and the Rua Augusta for shopping and more restaurants. The area right in front of the hotel could get very congested and noisy on certain evenings when there was a concert in the building across from the hotel. That did not bother us but it might bother some people. I don't know whether rooms facing the street would have a problem with noise on those evenings. |

The desk staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They provided bus and train information, as well as directions. The housekeeping staff provided extra pillows and kept the room spotless. Noise from the street at night. |

The room was spacious and had two chairs. Located near numerous restaurants and Rossio Square. Counter in bathroom accommodated all our toiletry stuff (2 mature women). Getting to the breakfast room was up one flight of stairs. Before booking, I knew from guest comments that there was an elevator and assumed I would not have to navigate any steps. |

I liked very much the location of the hotel. The hotel is also good value for money. The personal changed the bed sheets everyday. The breakfest. They can diverify the menu with boiled eggs, hotdogs and other things which cannot add some unwanted smells. |
