everything. It was very comfortable. the staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was verrryyyy good, and allowed for us to experience a lisbon cafe. The wifi was not free. I would have liked if it was free, that's okay though. |

Centrally located, convenient underground station. Very helpful and friendly personnel. Efficient multilingual receptionists. Spacious rooms. Air condition was stuck at cold. Upon request to change to hot they replied they couldn't as the system was running on the whole floor and not separately for each room. |

The location was great and very adequate for cheap price. Some of the staff weren't as friendly as others but generally v helpful! Breakfast was great in the cafe next door. Our drains in our bathroom smelt pretty bad so we had to constantly have the door closed. The drains also made lots of noise quite reqularly. |

The hotel was clean with small but adequate and comfortable rooms. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was good. Reception staff extremely helpful. Conveniently located in easy reach of bus, metro and trains. |

The location of the hotel is perfect. 15minutes from teh airport, 15 minutes with the metro to the center of Lisbon, with the metro stop right in front of the hotel is perfect for its price. It is a pity that on Sunday the cafe of teh hotel is closed. |

Convenient for the airport, shopping and park. All these things and in addition the economy. I pass through Lisboa each time I travel to Brasil and I shall certainly use this hotel again.Oh!!! And I must comment on the good breakfast in the Bar and the convenience of the restaurant. Next door. There was no drinking glass in the bathroom.................??????? |

The hotel has an excellent location, not far from the citycentre. The metro station ('Areeiro') is just accross the street. Reception staff was attentive. Breakfast should start at least 06:30 so that passengers who have to leave the hotel early could enjoy it. |

The hotel is located in a busy square, surrounded by two stops of the underground (red and green line), bus stop next to the hotel and in a wallking distance from a train station (if you want to go for example to Sintra). The airport is also very close. If you have time to walk, the center of Lisboa is about 25 min away. The room was cleaned every day. The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the outside. We were accommodated on the 4th floor facing the boulevard. Even with closed window at night, it is noisy. |

We stated that a dog would stay with us as they accept animals in the reservations but later they didn't want to accept our dog. Breakfast is in a mini café outside the hotel and quite poor in quality. The room stinked lie cigarette smoke even though we stated clearly that we are non smokers. |

Hotel staff very helpful, room clean, and breakfast staff in attached cafe were friendly. The location was quite a way from the centre, though the metro stop was close by. Our room was very small and bathroom a real squeeze to navigate. Breakfast time was pretty chaotic with a lack of indoor seating when the hungry masses arrived. |

convenience! close to LIsbon airport, only 4 km away, cheap car park near by, metro station at the door. very friendly and helpful staff. for the price and comfort definately recomendable! some staff members could be more fluent in english. |

Really priceworthy, clean room and ok breakfast, no problem to put in an extra bed Were a little confusion about the booking, glad I booked thru Booking.com then they had my booking number, another couple were placed in another hotel 20 min from there...but the staff really tried to work things out |

Very close to the metro station Areeiro (but no lift in this Metro station). The room is small but clean. The female staff in the reception speak good English and provided useful travel suggestions. We asked a quiet room without traffic noise and the hotel did arrange it. Unfortunately the first night there was a big group of young people partying whole night so we could not sleep. The hotel helped us to change the room for the second night. They moved our luggage but forgot to bring the kettle and hairdryer we needed. |

The only good thing is that is near the airport, however the taxi drivers in portugal are proper thieves as they charged me 30 euros when I actually should pay only 5. Make sure u agree the price before take it. The hotel is poor and only worth if ur just staying for one night. |
