It was inexpensive, clean, and the hotel staff were hilarious. Location was kind of shady, but it was near the airport, so that's not much of a surprise. Furnishings were aged, but to be expected for the price.

The hotel has a very good location: close to airport (by taxi), not far from downtown (subway). The hotel staff is very friendly and willing to come to your aid. A very convenient location. Not a high price per room per night gives very good condition.

Convenient location for airport, metro, and railway. That's all. Reception personnel did not appear to think arriving guests very important. Our 'double room' was a small single with an uncomfortable cot. Plastic covers on mattresses are not what one wants in Lisbon in July. So-so breakfast not (and I mean definitely not) available until 7.

Great location, metro station is less than 5 minutes away. Easy to get from the airport (only one bus). Nearby there are many fast food restaurants ("Pastelarias") and a supermarket. During our stay the key (card input) of the room presented several problems. Several times I had to go back to the hotel reception to solve the problem.

The hotel was located 5 minutes by cab from the airport. It's on the corner of a main subway station and was easy to find. There aren't very many restaurants in the area, especially at night. Our heat didn't work well - was very cold at night. But the online price was a great deal.

There is free Wifi internet, although the signal is strong only in the lobby. For breakfast, you have to go to the cafe next door, through the street.

I was in this hotel with my friend just night and day and we got everything what we needed. Staff was very helpfull and answered for all our questions. We had early morning flight back that's why we choosed it and have't regretted

I like so much the ubication, the room was very good and clean. The breakfast was good and near to the airport, the price is execellent. Only the recepcionist in the afternoon an older man is not very polite. The others are so frienly and polite.

I liked everything about this accommodation - you get a large room for a fair price and it is just across the road from the nearest Metro stop. My only qualms are that the carpet of the room seemed very grubby and the room smelled of smoke, when I asked for a non-smoking room. Still, it was spacious and comfortable, and I would stay there again.

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes drive from the airport (10 Euro by taxi), and only few steps from the underground, bus and train station. Clean and quiet room. Free internet at the lobby. Very small room without lighting proper for reading. The tv was small and had only two colors (blue and pink). The wifi in the rooms was not free.

Easy to find, following a €1.75 ride on the frequent bus No.22 from the Airport, a warm and friendly welcome, helpful and obliging staff during the day and evening. Nice airconditioned room (412) but a very slow elevator. Convenient location for a night or two stop-over. The intraverted older grey-haired man with glasses who manned reception over night. The staff providing breakfast at 0655 in the morning who were dis-courteous when I required breakfast at that time in order to get back to the Airport on time for my trans-Atlantic flight. They advised that it was not poosible to take breakfast before 0700 (which I was not made aware of in the booking) and were far from cheerful, which is very important in the Service Sector nowadays.

The location was a ten minute ride to the airport, a straight drive down one street. A metro station was a hundred meters from the front door making access to Lisbon easy and painless. The front desk person spoke six languages and was extremely helpful. He seemed to enjoy speaking with travelers visiting his country. There was free parking on the street. We were lucky to get a spot a few meters from the front door. Our room was extremely small and needed to be refurbished. The lighting in the room was minimal, a light fixture in the ceiling with one bulb in it and a small lamp on a night stand. The room appeared to be clean but the lighting was so bad it was hard to really tell. The pillows on the bed were so thin we had to fold them over to make a decent headrest. I would recommend this hotel only for its location.

The concierge service was excellant. They gave us great advice for restuarants and parking. Also, they were happy to do so:) Room estheticts were lacking. We could have used a safe, a few more pillows and a hair dryer, but the staff were more than happy to accomodate us.
