The location was great and what we received for the $ was satisfactory. The breakfast was also done very well and the people were exceptional. Quite satisfied. The noise level in the late evenings from other hotel guests was no acceptable, however that would not stop us from coming back. Perhaps a sign around requesting quiet after 10pm would help. |

Reception was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable and well fitted for purpose. Location is very convenient, beside the Metro and an interesting shopping area. The en-suite was a bit tiny. Breakfast coffee in the cafetaria is below par for Lisbon. |

Very talented courteous counter staff speaking fluent English and French. The included breakfast was served in an area lacking sufficient space. |

Very good location - near the metro station. The reception is open 24/7. A lot of noise and the smell from the air conditioning. Evacuation way through our room. |

Proximity to Lisbon Airport was very convenient. Location was a bit remote, considering the lack of facilities at or nearby the hotel |

During my stay at your hotel I'd liked the position of this hotel. It's easy to arrive from the airport and from everywhere in the city. There were some things I did not like:- My remote control wasn't working and during my 9 days stay nobody came to fix it.- The food in the morning was the same every day;- the room was incredibly small. I could not wash my face in the morning with the door closed.; - The hotel does not have a parking place. |

The wood stairs with a beautiful carpet 1) Gay unfriendly. It was booked a douple (big-bed) for 2 boys but the man reject this and changed for a twim room. He said: "not possible to sleep two man together here" . 2) A construction in front of the hotel. Horrible view. 3) Not so close to the city centre 4) Breakfast: al the days the same food and sometimes they never clean the tables 4) Showe: extremedly narrow and old. |

Close to airport. Shops and restaurants nearby. Initially given a room and when we walked in it was occupied! Front desk manager seemed confused. Rooms are very small. Asked for one double bed got 2 twins. Not a place to spend a relaxed vacation. |

I choosed this hotel because of location. It is close to Airport, but situatet not in the touristic area. Very close to subway. I was in a single room. Room was small, but equiped with all nessary things, without ac. |

Easy subway ride to the old part of city. Helpful staff members. First floor rooms aren't air-conditioned and can be noisy. We were transferred to a much more comfortable 2nd floor room. |

Very easy to find, just outside the subway stop Areeiro. Also, about a 10 minute bus ride to the airport, and they tell you how to get there. If you are arriving from the airport, take bus 22 it will take you there, although city buses don't allow a lot of luggage on board. Air conditioning made funny noises, breakfast was just so-so, nothing special (breads and coffee). Shower not that great. If the price were 30 euro for a single, it is worth the price. I paid 44 euro, and that was their "special" of the week, usually a higher price. Definately not worth that much. I'm marking that I will recommend this hotel because of it's proximity to the subway and airport, but I do not recommend it as worth it's price. |

everything. It was very comfortable. the staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was verrryyyy good, and allowed for us to experience a lisbon cafe. The wifi was not free. I would have liked if it was free, that's okay though. |

Centrally located, convenient underground station. Very helpful and friendly personnel. Efficient multilingual receptionists. Spacious rooms. Air condition was stuck at cold. Upon request to change to hot they replied they couldn't as the system was running on the whole floor and not separately for each room. |
