Metro station right outside hotel
Airport access Easy to grab a taxi
My room was too cold but I could change room to one with airconditionar. There was breakfast, not much food to choose from but o.k.
That I didn't knew that the first floor had no airconditionar but tooo small heater to could warm up the room. I had a filthy cleaning cloth in the first room laying on the desk.
Location close to metro station.
Room was very small and bathroom was extremally small.
Proximity to airport and we were only there for nine hours.
Like a college dorm room. Had to steal towels from another room.
Friendly staff, quick check in and out. Ideal for hopping on and off the metro to get around Lisbon. Ideal for a one night stop over.
Room small for a triple. Limited choice at breakfast, and needed topping up more frequently.
location is good, large rooms, price, the staff is friendly and helpful.
room and bedding smell musty, bed creaky and uncomfortable. bathroom very small, shower only has very hot water but trickled if you tried to adjusted so not to burn yourself. No ventilation in the bathroom, room was noisy (first floor) as facing main road by a bus stop. very hot room with a small fan to plug in behind the beds which I did not as I saw the amount of dust behind the headboard. the other room we had was bright but load of dead flies in the bathroom.
Close to the airport og easy to get to the old part of the city
Convenient, friendly staff. We had a very early flight out and only a 15 minute taxi ride @ Eu10, less by metro. Good affordable restaurants within meters, downtown 15 minutes by metro or a nice walk down and tube back, easy done.
WC was a very tight fit and without mosquito/fly screens.
Our staff was very friendly and kept some items stored for us while we visited other countries before we returned to Portugal. Location is near the metro and restaurants and easy to access from the airport. We will return!
Everything was great!
excellent location good wifi connection
cold coffee and tea for breakfast old equipment - not clean carpets
Location, near the metro station.
Even though the hotel charged complete price right after reservation, we will inform that the hotel is overbooked when we arrived! Namely, they told us that they have problem in the System and that they will move us in another hotel with "the same stars"! They did not have photos or detailed information about that hotel. Also, they were willing to give the money back, but that was not an option for us, because Lisbon is overbooked in September. After half an hour of arguing, we have got the room! We were disappointed because we figured that they wanted to keep the room for somebody else.
The hotel was the closest one to the airport and easy to get to with the metro
The receptionist was unbelievably grumpy and not helpful at all. In our room we found empty wine bottle, spilled coins and hair everywhere, wripped towells, the toilet was dirty, the toilet doorhandle was coming off and no hot water! If we didn't have to use the room only for storage for our luggage I would go mental. Never again
good location (near metro), good value for money
very friendly and helpful staff
Reasonably close to airport and within walking distance to some restaurants and shops. (Taste&Toast restaurant just down the road has excellent food and lovely staff!)
Shower didn't work at all - very frustrating before a flight.
It's really a brilliant location. The metro is right infront of the hotel door so this place is perfect if you are planning on doing a lot of sight seeing and just need a place to sleep.
The shower is really terrible, you can't move around without switching it off. We had to leave 30 minutes before breakfast started and they weren't willing to send it to us. I don't understand why seeing that it is just bread. I requested a room with a balcony as I am a smoker and it's important to me. They replied with yes, I can have a room with a balcony but they can't guarantee it, what kind of #### is that? If you can't, say you can't.. Simple.. Ofcourse, I never got a room with a balcony..
Friendly people. Breakfast alright for the price. Simple breakfast.
Bed as hard as Stone. Room juist big enough for a two persons bed. Asked for two separate beds. Noice Awfull dirty small shower.
The junior receptionists very helpful and available to help.
The senior receptionist (hold man with white hair) is a rude and poorly mannered individual, very unhelpful and racist.
Great location and very clean.
Breakfast was OK.
Room was little bit stinky (I think it was a problem with bathroom).
Location is very good, right next to the metro station. Good value of money.
Location - so convenient for metro, and quite easy and reasonable to park car nearby.
Breakfast was pretty poor in terms of quality and choice but acceptable at the price. The coffee was pretty foul - there's really no excuse nowadays for poor coffee.
