The perfect place for any category of people going to Lisbon. Close proximity to Underground. Highly recommended.
A nice, relaxing place to stay, near to the centre, with friendly and helpful staff.
1. hotel staff are helpful and warm 2. simple breakfast but good enough 3. wifi is fast:) 4. super location, just 5 mins walk to Metro
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location very good not to far from the historical centre, maybe a 20 min walk. Very close to the metro and the Marques do Pombal park.
The room was very small.
The friendly staff, the hygiene, the calm, the breakfast. Excellent for the price.
Actually, it's one floor of the building, remade to hotel. Most of the rooms are big with extra beds, good for family with children. Clean and simple, friendly staff. Breakfast not so abundant.
Old fashion, partially renovated bathrooms.
Breakfest good owners helpful
Hard to find
The staff was friendly and very helpful! The interior was very quaint and very Portuguese which is what my friend and I were hoping for. We were not disappointed! Most important: it was very clean!!
Very attentive staff - was in in need of some painkillers in the middle of the night, was supplied with them free of charge. Very cleen and neat rooms with traditional azuleju on the beds. Decent Wi_Fi. Very good bathroom - clean and with all devices needed.
Not everyone on reception can speak english, my awkward French was enough though. No shampoo in the bathroom, only soap. Other than that - practically superb.
very nice and warm people!
everything was just fine.
Gran Via is the main street of Madrid. Everything in the city is closer
I really enjoyed it all.
Ample and clean bedroom and bathroom (102). Good water pressure. Good WIFI. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from subway. Decent and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommendable.
People might not like the fact that room 102 is directly behind reception and that the sights are to a tiny inner courtyard. If you are used to a hot breakfast, fruit and/or yogurt, you will have to do without.
The room was large, although they did warn me they were moving me to a smaller room the next day. It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was basic but nice.
Hard to find the front door. Hotel was up two flights of dark stairs. Had to ring a bell to get in, and the bell could be heard in my room late at night and in the early hours if the morning. The wifi didnt work.
location, cleaning, and especially the warm personality of the staff
The elevator wasn't working and that was pretty inconvenient for me, but it was not Londrina's fault
neraby transportation systems, nearby visiting places
kind and helpful staff
It is simply a flat divided into plenty of small rooms which makes the whole space a bit of an experience of a Kaffka novel. The bed is old and unomfortable. The neighbourhood is quite noisy
Excellent location, very good breakfast, very helpful and pleasant staff, quiet, safe location
Bathroom was dated and little small although the room was spacious
The B&B has a good location, 5 minutes from the metro and a 20 minutes walk down town, in a modern and safe area. What I loved most was the fact that it was very clean, the room was quite spacious, with air conditioning, TV and WiFi. The staff was extremely friendly and even if many of them don't speak great English (except for the owner), I had absolutely no trouble communicating with them with the little Spanish that I know. It's a very cosy place and most definitely worth the money. I warmly recommend it and I will certainly stay there again when I am back in Lisbon. Small tip: if you have trouble finding it once you arrive on the street, at the correct number, just look up and you will see a small add that will show you are in the right place.
Everything was just right. Absolutely no complaints.
The staff were very helpful and kind. They spoke perfect English (I read one review that said no one did) and provided some very useful information and a handy city map. The location is perfect being close to an underground station (that connects to the airport!) and also the start and stop point of the hop-on hop-off busses. The cleaners did a really good job but because there were little things like the bathroom vinyl floor not quite being big enough, it never looked as clean as it no doubt was.
The place is extremely difficult to find! Fortunately number 59 was clearly numbered so I knew 61 would be next door, but no sign at all! You go inside, up to the second floor (or third if you’re American and consider ground floor the first) and then it’s the door that looks exactly like all the other front doors of the residential flats except it has an illuminated “Residentia” sign above it. Then you press what looks like a light switch which is actually the doorbell to be let in. Everything was provided and worked fine, but just not quite perfectly. The TV worked fine; but was tiny! The shower worked fine; but would often start dripping in the middle of the night. The air –con worked fine; but sometimes made slightly strange noises. The lift... well actually I didn’t like to test it from the look of it. :-) The breakfast isn’t all that good unless you like bread – it’s basically only three types with a wide selection of condiments. It was very reasonably priced however so I can’t really complain. Oh, seemed a bit noisey too, but I sleep easily.
very small family room, wi-fi did not work in our room
Pretty strategic place
great location, 7 minutes from metro station extremely friendly staff
