Limited b'fast choice
The owners are very kind and funny, the old lady is like grandma to us. The room is next the street but with double window we can hear nothing at night. The place is old traditional and Portuguese. We feel like home. Strongly recommend.
Kindness of the staff, location, and the breakfast was really good
wi-fi with no connection, the bathroom smelt really bad
The young man running place is so very nice and helpful its amazing. Rooms are clean, comfortable, bathroom is nice en-suite with a shower/tub with good pressure and hot. Continental breakfast is simple, but still very nice and attentive. i have no complaints at all. I liked it I stayed 2 more nights and got the same nice room as well.
The service was absolutely amazing and even though there was a language barrier, the owner made sure we were comfortable and safe! The room was cleaned even though we were only there for two days! Free breakfast was a plus too!
There wasn't anything not to like! I got everything and more for what a paid for!
Family managed I felt like I was at home! Single room with bathroom inside was great
helpful staff quiet and big room and bathroom center spot value for money
Proximity to transport, Very friendly and helpful english speaking staff (most part of the day), character of room
Although parking was mentioned very expensive (due to location), No kettle and milk to relax ourselves with a cup of tea, its third floor location and old fashioned lift that worked only some time made it hard to access specially for Pregnant.
The perfect place for any category of people going to Lisbon. Close proximity to Underground. Highly recommended.
A nice, relaxing place to stay, near to the centre, with friendly and helpful staff.
1. hotel staff are helpful and warm 2. simple breakfast but good enough 3. wifi is fast:) 4. super location, just 5 mins walk to Metro
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location very good not to far from the historical centre, maybe a 20 min walk. Very close to the metro and the Marques do Pombal park.
The room was very small.
The friendly staff, the hygiene, the calm, the breakfast. Excellent for the price.
Actually, it's one floor of the building, remade to hotel. Most of the rooms are big with extra beds, good for family with children. Clean and simple, friendly staff. Breakfast not so abundant.
Old fashion, partially renovated bathrooms.
Breakfest good owners helpful
Hard to find
The staff was friendly and very helpful! The interior was very quaint and very Portuguese which is what my friend and I were hoping for. We were not disappointed! Most important: it was very clean!!
Very attentive staff - was in in need of some painkillers in the middle of the night, was supplied with them free of charge. Very cleen and neat rooms with traditional azuleju on the beds. Decent Wi_Fi. Very good bathroom - clean and with all devices needed.
Not everyone on reception can speak english, my awkward French was enough though. No shampoo in the bathroom, only soap. Other than that - practically superb.
very nice and warm people!
everything was just fine.
Gran Via is the main street of Madrid. Everything in the city is closer
I really enjoyed it all.
Ample and clean bedroom and bathroom (102). Good water pressure. Good WIFI. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from subway. Decent and quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommendable.
People might not like the fact that room 102 is directly behind reception and that the sights are to a tiny inner courtyard. If you are used to a hot breakfast, fruit and/or yogurt, you will have to do without.
The room was large, although they did warn me they were moving me to a smaller room the next day. It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was basic but nice.
Hard to find the front door. Hotel was up two flights of dark stairs. Had to ring a bell to get in, and the bell could be heard in my room late at night and in the early hours if the morning. The wifi didnt work.
location, cleaning, and especially the warm personality of the staff
The elevator wasn't working and that was pretty inconvenient for me, but it was not Londrina's fault
