Near metro. Internet worked well. Sheets clean, floors moped - everything else was so poor as to be uninhabitable.

No hot water and the cold water only came out in a mere trickle. Bathroom fixtures were poor: appeared to be rust in bottom of toilet, all the pipes were outside of the walls (in fact the switch for turning the water on and off was right there in the shower but even closing and re-opening the pipes did not increase the water flow), shower door was off the tracks, shower was gross, drain was unclean with hair etc. Filthy: the walls were filthy as though they hadn't been washed in a decade, including a shoe print high up on the wall as though someone was killing a mosquito with a shoe. I've just done a trip staying in budget hotels and all were nice (rated 7.5 or higher) but this one was the only disgusting one. Guests should be paid to stay in the hotel, rather than be expected to pay an amount as low as 20 Euros. Not a nice neighbourhood either.

It's an ugly, smelly, depressing, terrible place... But one couldn't expect more for 20€, right?

Starting with facilities ending in staff not respecting silence off who is resting, ill give this place 5 star in bad way.

Recently refurbished rooms which were clean and painted with bright, cheerful colors. Some good restaurants/patisseries were nearby.

This is a floor of an older residential building, so a bit disconcerting at first.

The location is very close to Saldanha metro station. It's quiet at night.

The smell is not good from the bathroom.

They speak only Portuguese except one woman... At night it was very cold despite a heater in the room

Clean, friendly and helpful stuffs. Near Metro, cafeterias and market. You walk to centre downtown.

Constructions going on around the place and can be noisy during the day.

The most liked thing is the money value. The hotel is very good for one night stay. The staff is very friendly and tries to help you in any possible way. The room was very clean (I would say ideally clean)

The furniture is old and needs some renewal. The hot and cold water do via different taps without mixing. This is very inconvenient.

Simple but very good value for the money. Excellent location near traffic junction Saldanha, but still on a pleasant street. More personal than large commercial hotels. Helpful and kind staff. Breakfast comes to your bed!

Our room didn't have AC as promised on these pages, just a fan. But the staff made up for this.

Amazing room, super low price, 10 second walk to metro station. Not sure where all the negative feedback is coming from I thought this was one of the better hotels in Europe especially for the price.

Great for transportation... Only about 100 m away from Saldanha metro station where red & yellow line crosses, and 1 stop away from blue/green lines. Only 1.5 block away from Aerocar station. Cafe Italy, a restaurant within 1 block, serves quite descent food. Internet was very, very fast. Though the hotel was fully booked during my stay of 2.5 days, I could keep the average speed of 6.5 Mbps to download data files for my business (server in France). Balcony is nice: it allows me to work while my wife is sleeping.

It took ~5 minutes to have hot water from the shower.

Tudo foi otimo.

La habitación es muy sencilla pero suficiente para dormir. Tiene un lindo balconcito con sillas y wi-fi. También es muy práctico que le dan al huésped las llaves del lugar. La mucama muy simpática y amable.

Figura el pago con tarjeta pero nos dieron vueltas y terminamos pagando en efectivo. Volviendo de pasear nos apuraron para pagar sin esperar que pasemos por la habitación ni siquiera para dejar las mochilas. No tiene desayuno.

Muy buena limpieza, ubicación excelente con buena comunicacion, muy buen trato, buenas condiciones.

Se escucha todo de las habitaciones contiguas, desde el agua de la ducha o la bañera, hasta cuando se abre una puerta

Les odeurs toilette(inadmissible) la salle d'eau trop petite en paroi vitrée sans intimité les matelas des lits trop usées pas moyen de prendre le petit dejeuner dans l'hotel

Relativamente à relação qualidade/preço excelente. Apenas uma coisa a apontar, no quarto ouve-se tudo o que se passa no corredor. Mas mesmo assim recomendo.
