Hotel Mar À Vista  

The staff is very kind, available for all needed information. Our room was very spacious and had a nice view to the sea. Breakfast is fine. Albufeira is a very nice town, especially for young people.

The hotel is placed on the top of a hill. The city center is 5/10 minutes walking (going down the hill), but coming back takes longer. You have nice beaches close to the city center, but the nicest ones can be easily reached by car.

On our 2nd visit to this hotel we got a room with a balcony which made it more enjoyable. The price was fair.

It is a little dated but then so are the prices they charge. If you are looking for mod cons etc then this is probably not for you. It is a good walk back from the old town as it is up high on the hill. But if you do not like walking up hills perhaps it's best not go to Albufeira as it is built on them...We would use this hotel again...

Location is very good, but it is a little bit hard to find. Bathroom is big and comfortable. View from the balcony to the ocean is fantastic. The swiming pool is clean. Staff is really, really nice and helpfull. They asked all our questions with a full attention and they speak fluent English.

We have stayed at the Mar A Vista for the last 4 years it is basic but clean,the staff were helpful and friendly, although we feel the hotels furnishings need be brought more up to date especially in the guests bedrooms although they are kept clean they have old furniture would benefit from more modern approach also consider air conditioning a priority.

If you only get the propoer room- can be superb view :} my was not so good as the last time. Possibility of parking place at the large public place in front of the hotel. Walking distances to the beach and the restaurants :}

This time the room was dark and narrow with the view to the neighbour wall but from the balcony you can see the sea.something was smelling from the bathroom

Very clean rooms! Good customer service. We had a beautiful sea view room!

The hotel is not so much expensive, but situeted at the very good place. Rooms are beautiful with small balcons, wonderful view of ocean. Beach is quite close, besides you can have a rest at the swiming pool, which is in the hotel. Staff of hotel is very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there, like being close to heaven!

Nada especialmente, si acaso que veo que si hace calor la habitación sólo cuenta con ventilador, no con aire acondicionado, lo que es un inconveniente.

Lo mejor el precio, en el que iba incluido el desayuno, y la ubicación.
