Prijs was mijns inziens te hoog voor de kamer die wij hadden. Maar dat heeft waarschijnlijk te maken met het hoogseizoen waarin wij Portugal bezochten. |

Locatie, gratis parkeren, mooi uitzicht, zwembad hotel heeft opknapbeurt nodig. Er is duidelijk achterstallig onderhoud, balcondeuren vallen uitelkaar en badkamer heeft z.n beste tijd gehad. Vragen teveel geld voor wat men biedt. |

Vriendelijk persoon elke dag schoonmaak van de kamer en verversing handdoeken.Het strand was op 7 minuten lopen en was erg goed te doen. Verder mochten we de laatste dag gratis gebruik maken van de persooneels ruimte om te douchen. |

de ligging is mooi niet ver van het centrum en toch rustig gelegen.Het personeel was behulpzaam en altijd vriendelijk. |

Het hotel was erg goedkoop, we maakten gebruik van de zomeraanbieding. Personeel werkt veel en ze zijn erg vriendelijk en hulpzaam. Ik mocht op hun computer om mijn vlucht te bevestigen. Hotelkamer uitstekend met koelkast (wel twee aparte bedden). Zwembad klein, maar voor een afternoon duik goed te doen. |

het is een neorme klim van het dorp Albufeira terug naar het hotel.Ik zou het niet aanraden bij oudere personen omdat het veel energie vergt om lopend thuis te komen! |

Het hotel lag niet ver van het (oude) centrum. personeel was erg vriendelijk en de kamers waren ruim en schoon, hadden een klien tuintje en een geheel nieuwe badkamer. Rustige ligging. |

de kamer was schoon ,je was vrij,alles wat je nodig had,centraal, goed parkeren. de buitendeuren kon je niet vastzetten,bij wind,daarom kon je niet naar buiten kijken en was het donker binnen.Moeilijk je kamer te berijken als je het nog niet weet. |

Good location, 5-10 min walk to the city centre. Clean. Breakfast was enough. Staff was not pleasant. Very bad smell in the corridors and the lobby. Old fashioned lift. No parking. It is possible to find better places to stay in Lagos for the same price. |

The things I liked the most about this hotel are:1. Location - Since this hotel is located on the hill, it's probably the best location in the town to view sunrise and the early morning view of the town. 2. Staff - Alexandre and his colleagues are the best people in this business. They all were very helpful in giving their suggestions on arranging tours and giving inputs on best beaches/restaurants in and around Albufeira. To be frank, I have never come across such helpful staff during my hoplidays in three continents. They would go extra mile to help the tourists. 3. Value for money - For £35/day (including breakfast for two), I woldn't have asked for more. Fortunately, I woldn't have asked for more in this price. |

The hotel is very near to the beach and to old city (the best one). The room was not so large but considering the price is impossible to complain about something. |

Nice view from the restaurant. Booked one double bed room as a couple, got a twin room. Bedclothes were not clean (hairs, blood spots). |

We stayed last year and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and we received the same excellent treatment again this year. It's location suited both of us as it was a good evening walk back to the hotel after our nights out.What was amazing was the fact that we were actually blessed in having the same room we had booked the previous year with the excellent view out towards the sea . many thanks this made our holiday |

location good walking distance of the town but away from the noise. Only went for 2 nights so for budget couldnt ask for more. Had a lovely view of the beach. Breakfast ok as well. Bathroom could do with modernising. Had a leak at somepoint and part of the paint work on ceiling had come away. |

our room was spacious with the huge bathroom, but the balcony faced other house's roof with the little ocean in the corner...still, for the money we payed, it was more then we expected. Hotel is on the top of the hill...so everybody, be prepared for 5-10min walk up the hill. Free parking is plus also and a small fridge. bathroom could have been cleaned |

Our room opened on to a little grassed area at the side of the pool but it also felt very safe and private. Staff excellent and friendly, helpful in that a friend joined us and they put us a little camp bed in the room for a small extra charge per night. Not the hotel itself but the walk from the beach was very steep - suggested a little courtesy bus for guests especially people with walking difficulties - even to pay a small fare it would be worth it in the heat! |

The location is excellent. A short pleasant 10 minute walk and your right in the middle of town and very near the lovely beach. It does include walking uphill on the way back but Albufeira is hilly so.... Car parking was very good. The reception staff were very informative and friendly. We were only short stay and would definatly use it again even with it being in need of an upgrade. The hotel is in need on modernisation. Noise travels through the stairs and the windows rattled when the wind got up. Perhaps not the best choice for light sleepers. Breakfast is on offer at 5 Euros per person, but it is very limited and far better value can be found in the town, for the price this hotel is still good value in our opinion. You don't get the Ritz for 38Euros a night.... |

the hotel was very clean and personnel helpfull. however for more advanced tours, special information guide needed. also payment with card in the hotel was not possible, i.e. for a transfer from and to the hotel from Faro airport. |

The reception staff was absolutely amazing, they just were helpful and friendly, always providing a good service and nice smile when something was requested. The hotel has two main "problems". One is the location, it's completely up hill and the way back after going out was kind of tough. Not far from the centre, though up hill annoys a little... The other thing is that our room was cleaned in literally 4 minutes, and they were ants around the electricity cables and if you left some kind of eatable stuff you were invaded!! Some deep cleaning and poison will help though... |

Excellent position for town centre and beach and also for travelling along the Algarve. Excellent value for money (2 star accommodation) and electric fans provided in rooms. We occupied rooms 201 and 203. Room 201 constantly had a "drains" smell and needs obvious attention. I stayed at this hotel last Sept and the breakfast was excellent. This year they have implemented a machine serving hot drinks which were luke warm and not up to previous standards |

It was not clear that it's all up hill!. One had to think twice before leaving the hotel to go to the beach as we knew we had a long up hill walk to look forward to. If I had know how up hill it was I may of not done the hotel hotel.. |
