Respa paikalla 24 h. Mukava iltarespa. Rauhallinen sijainti n. 2-3 km ydinkeskustasta. Sekä tietenkin hyvin rauhallinen alue. Likaisuus huoneessa. Kun jotain rikki, niin ei oltu korjattu. Kylmyys huoneessa ja aamiaistilassa! Buffetaamiainen vitsi? Ei vastannut käsitystä buffetista missään muodossa. Tosi vilkas tie hotellin vieressä, joka häiritsi melko myöhään. En suosittele. |

Helpful staff (city directions, good advices), good location - pretty close to the city centre, close to metro, walkable distance after night out :) Quite old, but very clean rooms. A bit monotonous breakfast. |

The room was very tidy and light and in a good location. There were 4 of us staying in two separate rooms and none of us were able to get any sleep before 4am due to what sounded like cleaning going on in the corridors. I can normally sleep through anything but there was loud banging and doors slamming going on for most of the night. |

location I found it very disturbing to find blood on my towel when I arrived in the room, and also all the fossets and fittings were broken or loose. I wouldnt recommend this at all! |

Personnel of the hotel is friendly, the room was clean. The hotel location is fine as most of historic places could be reached by walking, and street where hotel is located is more or less quiet (in Lisbon is noisy in the night). However, this hotel is nice in case you need just to have "bed and breakfast" while your stay. Comfortibiliy and view of the room were poor, bathroom equipment and bathroom itself were old and required repair. In this aspect I assume the rates could lower. |

Good location for an excellent price for exploring Lisbon. If you need a room just to came back to sleep over and take a shower nothing more, that's a good place. |

Most of the staff was very kind and was always prepared to hepl. Everything was clean, but some of the equipment would need a repair. The breakfast wasn´t the best, but the hotel is fine in the sense of spending the whole day in the town and just sleeping in the hotel room. |

the bathroom fittings were insecure and loose and the shower was not able to be fixed to the wall anywhere. i did not find the bed to be very comfortable |

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was dirty and freezing cold - heating did not work and windows did not shut. This hotel was just awful. |

A receptionist is very friendly and had a nice chat. The room was very old-fashion and not marvelously maintained. However, it was clean. |

I meanly appreciated the staff working there and the breakfast cantine top floor. It has to be renewed (windows, furniture, doors) but I reckon that they are about to do that. The top floor has already done and it's in excellent conditions, the remaining floors will be refurbished soon. |

Absolutely nothing, that hotel is disaster! You should reconsider decision to put that lair on list of your hotels, and you should probably go there to see theirs offer. Shame on them!!! Everything connected with that hotel is on my "not like" list!!! The man who gave them tree stars should be in a prison!!! |

I originally chose the hotel because it was not far from the airport and it was cheap: as a place to stay overnight to catch a flight the next day, it did a good enough job. The heating wasn't working, and the staff who worked the night shift (after I found out that the heating was not working) did not speak English. The bathroom lavabo had two separate taps for hot and cold water, with no way of mixing them into warm water. |

I can only say I liked the price, unfortunately We were put in a bloody cold room with 10 centigrades outside, with windows that could not be closed. On the last day but one I asked to book a taxi for the departure and it was confirmed it would be booked. However, on the last day another person at the reception has not heard about this request, nor could order it via a telephone, so I had to stay in the street for 20 minutes to catch taxi |
