The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and they all spoke very good English. The room and bathroom were both spacious. There was a couch and a very comfortable bed. The best part was that the room was air-conditioned! Wonderful quality for the cheap price. |

We liked it because it was in the centre of lisboa, near to the underground. It was also confortable, tidy and the staff was really friendly. |

The staff are friendly and very helpful. It was just a few meters from the Metro. It took about 30 minutes to walk to the river. There were coffee/pastry cafes very close by for breakfast. Also, there are many places for shopping. The furnishings ( carpeting, wardrobe, bed, curtains) need to be replaced, but it was very clean. If you are sensitive to noise ask for a room not on the street side. The noise didn't bother me. |

The locaiton was good, metro station is only 100m from the hotel. Rooms have balcony, and price was very low considering the cleanles, friendly staff, comfort and location. |

It is a modest residence, convenient to the centre. There are good, variously priced restaurants close by. The staff is very helpful and fluent in English. |

It was in a perfect place, just 10 minutes walking from city center. Shops are very close and even if hotel hasn't got breakfast you can buy a fresh bread every day and everything you need. Hotel staff is very kind and very patient(the poor receptionist had to listen to me after few beers and she listen to the end). Rooms are really nice and big. I will defenitely come back to this hotel. Lifts are a little bit to small, that's all |

the reception staff were very friendly. This was booked on the basis of being a 4 star hotel- this was nothing like 4 star and I would hesitate to give it 2 stars. The room was small with old and dated furniture, carpets and bathroom. No air conditioning. The cleanliness of the room was reasonable considering the age of the fabric of most of it. |

We were more than happy to have two nights at this hotel one was the first night of our holiday and the second was last day of our trip in Portugal this month September2008.Great hotel good location, plenty of space , very clean and staff was absolutely fantastic..
