Hotellissa oli ystävällinen ja avulias vastaanotto. Huoneissa oli hyvin tilaa neljälle hengellle, olisi mahtunut viideskin. Yövyimme hotellissa kaksi yötä ja toiseksi yöksi saimme remontoidun huoneen, joka oli siisti ja mukava. Huone, johon majoituimme ensimmäisenä yönä oli vaatimaton ja sängyissä oli huono nukkua. |

Hinta-laatusuhde oli erinomainen. Uusittu siisti ja riittävän tilava huone. Jos ei tarvitse aamiaista eikä muita palveluja, niin hotelli oli hyvä vaihtoehto. Hyvä sijainti kaupunkilomalaiselle. 4 hengen uoneessa oli viidelle hengelle makuutilat Parkkipaikat olivat kiventakana.Sai etsiä 30 - 60 min. Sisääntuloaula katutasossa oli epäsiisti. Hyvä ettei käännytty takaisin. Hotellikerros oli siisti. |

Very friendly people, eager to help. Speaking good English. Not dead center Lissabon but within walking distance, metro only 250 metres from hotel. Good value for money. Our room was a bit outdated - e.g. bathroom, and single (no double) glasing --> some street noise |

Clean and comfortable, the saff were friendly and helpful. As it was close to a Metro station it was easy to get to and from. Make sure that you take the lift to the seventh floor to check in with reception! |

Staff were friendly and unobtrusive,the room was cleaned every day and there was no pressure to get you out early in the mornings No chairs in room and not enough storage in my room if I was sharing |

Location is good, just by metro station Arrois and in a walking distance from the old town / casle / se. Especially rooms situated to back yeard incredibly quiet, balcony was sweet. Clean, nice, reliable. Great value of money. |

The room was very large and the staff was very friendly and helpful with always smiling faces. There was a smell in the room, probably due to old wooden walls and furniture. |

Really nice 3 star hotel in the price range. Proper room size, good beds and bathroom. Stuff is english speaking and nice. If someone is missing the food service then few meters from the hotels there are two cafeterias where you can start the day together with the local people (quite nice for singles or couples). |

Staff is quite kind and price is good. Breakfast is not included but nearby there are a lot of pastelaria, with great coffe, milk and home made pastries The bed was definetely short ad noisy |

Rooms was very clean and place was enough. About 20 min of walk distance from the city center but there is no problem if you get this place by metro. |

The Hotel was about 3 min from the Subway line Arroios. The staff was really knowledgeable and spoke perfect english |

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and they all spoke very good English. The room and bathroom were both spacious. There was a couch and a very comfortable bed. The best part was that the room was air-conditioned! Wonderful quality for the cheap price. |
