Parking- It might be very difficult to park close to the place, since the street has somewhat high traffic despite being a very small one-way street.
Internet- Although there is wireless, I found it quite useless, at least on my smartphone, it seemed there was a problem accessing internet.
Staff- After checking and went to see our rooms we came back and the receptionist couldn't be found anywhere, and I wanted to asked him some things. The same happened on check-out. We left one our earlier than the check-out time and again there was no staff visible, so I just left the key on the reception desk.
Water- during peak-hour showers we didn't have neither hot or cold water in our shower/toilet/sink. A few minutes later it then started to flow again.
Entrance(not a problem for us but its worth the review)- There is a big stairwell just entering the door, with big steps, which for elder people can be a bit difficult.
We have chosen this place for a weekend escape and it was a good choice. I'm Portuguese so I don't know if the staff speaks other languages, but I assume so as there were there french and Spanish patrons.
The rooms were very good for the price, the toilet was OK, all the sheets and towels were very clean, as the room was also.
There was a TV with Portuguese and Spanish channels.
The architecture and decorations of the main hall are typical and very beautiful, giving a very traditional atmosphere.
