The location is excelent for people that want to stay simultaneously near the beach, nightlife and the centre and the price is very reasonable. The room is very clean. There was no reception at the hotel, the reception was done in hotel california, but it is only 20m from Residencial Polana. The breakfast is good, but is also served in Hotel California. We were also able to use the swiming pool of the other hotel. The noise at night, especially because in the morning there were men working in construction in the building right in front. But we were already counting the noise, as the residencial is located in the centre. |

It was clean No way to sleep with the clubs underneath the room and across the room in the street, and everywhere. Music was pumping till 4h00 or 5h00 in morning, people staying there had no consept for noise and screamed and yelled in the passages - it's a student dorm. |

The breakfast, the swimming pool and the cleanliness. Very handy (too near in fact- see below) for the beaches and evening entertainment. Well isolated for normal street sounds during the day, but high volume music from 2 or 3 establishments at night even had the floor vibrating. Very loud music from various establishments in the same street, drunken singing and shouting and slamming doors till 4 or 5 in the morning. For people who don't want to go to bed till 4 or 5. |

Not much but I needed a very cheap hotel and this was the cheapest I could find. The hotel is bang in the middle of the noisiest part of the old town and it is basic!!!! If you are a couple or family I suggest you do not stay here. |

We were tranfered to the Hotel California, so we were lucky, I guess!The best part was the 6th floor, with the pool and the bar. So very nice!!! No, we found all part exelent. |

Nous avons résidé dans l'hôtel California (hôtel partenaire à 30m) Hôtel avec un gros souci de nuisances sonores (bars dans la rue avec musique à pleine puissance jusqu'à 2 ou 3h du matin. Alors qu'à cette période de l'année (novembre) les gens viennent plutôt pour se reposer que pour faire la fête. |

De vriendelijkheid van het receptiepersoneel. Het ontbijt was simpel maar prima en ook weer met vriendelijk personeel. De locatie was top, 2 min lopen van het strand en midden in de gezelligheid. Kamer simpel maar schoon.Voor deze prijs, moet je niet klachten. Juist vanwege de Bar-straat waar het hotel staat, moet je er niet voor je rust komen, zeker tot 04.00 klinkt er live muziek in de straat. |

lo cerca que esta de todo, de las playas, centro, zona de ocio, etc. lo que menos nos ha gustado es (una de las cosas mas importantes) el no poder dscansar comodamente debido a que el hotel esta situado encima de un pub, frente a otro y pegado a 20 mas y el ruido de la musica mueve la cama de sitio. Había turistas ingleses que se les ofreció otra habitacion en la 3ª planta (nosotros en la primera planta) y nunca se nos ofreció lo mismo, el trato si eres ingles, aleman, frances, etc.. es muy diferente a si eres español. La bolleria y el pan del desayuno "continental" eran de semanas anteriores. |
