The staff was friendly and the room price is covenient enough. The heater isn't big enough to heat the room and I felt really cold at night.

Great location. Great warm staff. For the €20 that I paid per night, this hotel deserves 6 stars for the service and location. Hotel facilities abit run down and gotta climb up 3 floors with luggages. But the mice lady keeper offered to carry one luggage for me. First time someone offered to me in a budget hotel. If you're a value investor like me, value backpacker rather, honestly there's nothing much you can complain. At €20, it's screaming value for the value backpacker out there. BUY. Faciltiles abit run down but understandable. Stairs as high as 5 floors.

The building was very old and beautiful and maintained well enough, so I could enjoy the atmosphere. The staff was genuinly kind and it was also located near the central bus station too.

The location is great, just a walking distance from one of the main shopping street, a nice church, and coffees. Room was large, simple, clean, but of a basic confort, which is normal for this price. Lot of traffic in the street. A bit noisy

We chose a triple room which was huge, with two double beds and one single. Although the bathroom was a bit dated, all worked well and was spotlessly clean. Parking was possible with notice. We walked to the top of the road and were immediately in the main shopping and historic Centre of Porto, with trams, restaurants, galleries etc all in 5 mins. Stunning old townhouse building, roomy and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We will be happy to re-book for next year. Thank you !

It a basic residential without possibility to eat breakfast but in Portugal it is no problem to find a place with coffe and something to eat Very noise if you have windows on the street side, it is 24 desk reception but if you are after midnight you feel guilty that you live in this hotel, the guy is normally sleeping in your room and you need to ring very long and then you see sleepy man with unhappy face

Hotel was very helpful and the rooms were clean and nice, very good price to value ratio. The walls were quite thin, so I could hear everything from my neighbors and the club across the street. Earplugs essential.

The price is great, the size of rooms are amazing, the view from the balcony is priceless. At night there is silence and if is a bit cold there is heather in the room.They dont offer breakfast, but in front of this Residencial are places where you can eat cheap, also in the same road you will see bars and cafes...always with low, low prices!. This Residencial is clean, cute and cheap, just what we had on mind.I recomend this place to everyone.Other important thing is the location of this place ,,, next to everything,,, you can walk to the center of the city , to the metro that takes you around the city and straight to the airport.

The friendly staff, the location and cosy atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is close to a train station and a popular shopping district. There didnt seem to be any night life.

Staff was very nice, altough they do not speak a word of english. Location is excellent. There is no heating system in the rooms, and the heather provided is just way too small for the size of the room. There is nothing "extra", only the minimal.

only location was fair. they did not have our booking registry and they tried to give us a double room instead of 2 single ones. i asked for an electrical heater, which every room has except mine, but they said there is no more available, so i freezed all night. they dont know any english at all. and rooms were stinking terribly, a disgusting smell.

Camere spaziose e silenziose (avevamo la stanza che non affacciava sulla strada), pulite (pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani). Location ottima per visitare la città e bar/posti dove mangiare vicini. Staff disponibile. Ottimo prezzo Non c'è il riscaldamento (un pò freddo) e bagno un pò piccolo

Total y absoluta falta de higiene.....lo del baño, ya no sé ni como describirlo....pelos en la ducha, en la tapa del wc......toallas que en su día fueron blancas.....la verdad es que en esta página he encontrado muy buenos hoteles y a muy buen precio, pero éste en concreto no es uno de ellos.
