Things could be better, but for its price, everything was okay. The room was small but clean. You can borrow a hair dryer at the reception if you ask. Helpful staff. If you are looking for a cheap place with a comfortable bed, I recommend this hotel. The walls are thin and you can hear doors opening and closing. You have to pay if you want the towels to be changed everyday. Very simple breakfast. |

ホテルのスタッフがとても親切に市内観光のことやレストランのことを教えてくれました。立地もバス停から近- くてわかりやすかったです。 タオルを新しいのに替えるのにお金がかかります。3泊とまったのですが一回も替えてもらえませんでした。 |

friendly and kind staff. price coresponds with services. It`s good for travellers with back-pack but not so good for families with children. You can left your lugage in hotel after your check-out, if you need it. 24 hours reception. Internet for 1 hour per 5 euro??????? Highest price in whole Europe!!! |

The hotel with such price is good for youth. Small rooms. Silence during nights. The hotel is near the airport (around 2-3 km). The bathroom was really so so, very old. |

Staff very helpful, once I got to know them. Room a pleasant double, with a balcony - good value for a single. Breakfast good quality at the price. Well located for acessing city centre.. Good selection of TV channels. Redecoration and general revamp of bedroom and bathroom needs doing fairly soon, but not bad at the price. |

Hotel staff were excellent. In the central room is huge LCD tv. Room was really small. Sometimes you must wait for hot water in a shower. |

La verdad que el hotel esta muy bien, lo recomendaría de seguro. La ubicación es inmejorable si vas de vacaciones a lisboa tiene los dos metros justos a 3 calles (Arroios) que te lleva por los barrios de Lisboa y las estaciones de trenes (Saldhana) que es donde te lleva a la zona moderna. La habitación no es espaciosa pero es comoda, la nuestra tenia balcón a la calle y como ibamos de vacaciones nos venia genial. Las camas son grandes y estan bien, los baños son pequeños, limpios y con lo necesario. Tiene un hall donde te puedes tirar a mirar la televisión despues de una larga caminata por lisboa con una tv de 52" asi que genial. El minibar esta bastante economico y la atención es excelente. La gente del hotel es muy amable. No tengo ningún mal comentario lo recomedaría porque para la calidad - precio lo valoraria con 10. |

La amabilidad del personal, aunque se veía que iba a comisión en relación a las recomendaciones que nos hizo... El bufet desayuno muy simple pero perfectamente suficiente. En general es un edificio muy viejo, aunque dado el precio, no se puede exigir mucho más. |

Lo staff è molto cortese e disponibile. L'hotel è in una zona con tutti i servizi necessari (bar, pasticcerie, supermercati) e vicina a due differenti linee di metro. In 3 fermate si è nel centro di lisbona. Le camere sono piccole ma non manca niente. L'unica cosa che si può dire è che la colazione dolce è un po' carente, però ci si alza sempre con lo stomaco pieno. |

No me ha gustado nada.la habitacion no podiamos ni poner la maleta ,teniamos que pasar de lado.estaba en el 1º piso.la habitacion de al lado toda la noche con escandalo las paredes de papel porque se oye todo. Lo peor el baño tan pequeño que no tenia ni donde apoyar un neceser,sólo estuve una noche pero no fui capaz ni de ducharme en la bañera de lo asquerosa que estaba. |

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ok. Die Lage kann als "central" bezeichnet werden. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und mit altem Bad (nur für den gezahlten Preis akzeptabel). Das Frühstück ist sehr eintönig (täglich das Gleiche). Die Weiterempfehlung steht nur im Zusammenhang mit dem gezahlten Preis. |
