Hotel staff were excellent. In the central room is huge LCD tv. Room was really small. Sometimes you must wait for hot water in a shower. |

The location is good - the nearest metro station is about 10 min. walk. The staff is very helpful. The room was ridiculously small. |

l'hôtel est bien situé et l'accueil est tout à fait correct! Le petit déjeuner est insuffisant (une seule type de confiture, l'eau du thé est tiède) le lit double est composé de deux lits qui ne sont même pas à la même hauteur, vraiment l'idéal pour un couple!!! La salle de bain ne dispose pas d'aération suffisante et la femme de chambre fait mal son travail! |

La atención y el trato del personal fue muy buena. Al mismo tiempo te facilitaban información sobre transportes, mapas y actividades en la ciudad de Lisboa. No disponía de aire acondicionado y la moqueta que cubría el suelo estaba algo deteriorada y con olor un tanto desagradable. |
