Fabulous room, friendly and helpful staff, free internet and good buffet style breakfast. The closest Metro Stop is "Marques", which unfortunately isn't mentioned on their website. |

The free internet, the front desk was really helpfull, and the yummy breakfast in the morning! It was a great location, right on Santa Catarina, and the price was definitely affordable. |

Worth paying extra for room as came witrh a large balcony that caught the sun all afternoon. Access to the city using public transport is excellent. |

We found the staff and services excellent, the breakfast was very good. The only complaint if any, was the tightness of the car parking, however, the fact that you have parking in the city outshines this fact. |

We knew it was not as near the venue we were attending but we chose it based on value for money, good feedback, and the fact it had private parking. We felt we did a great choice. The room was comfortable and warm even though it was a bit chilly outside, and we got the bonus of double beds even though we booked single rooms. There was a scent of cigarette smoke on the toilet, I guess coming from the pipes. I suppose it's difficult to avoid such thing without restricting smoking in all rooms, or changing the construction, but still I don't like to fell like someone's smoking in my room. Also the shower head couldn't stand in position. This happened in both rooms, but are not very important issues. |
