Hotel has large and free parking. Staff is very helpful. Clean but poor room. Fair price. Hotel is located on the narrow street so if you have the room with balcony you will see the wall of the opposite building only. The view from the backside is much better. No AC. Thin walls and bad noise insulation |

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Ask their advice and you get great suggestions. Great value for the price, and easy walking downtown. The bakery next door is a plus for early morning goodies. |

Da simpatia e atenção dos funcionários. O meu grupo teve que sair mais cedo que a abertura do pequeno almoço para viajar e não nos facultaram o pequeno almoço mais cedo. Apesar de terem sido simpáticos a explicar porquê (só terem pão às 7h)só acho que a residencial devia prever estas situações. |

Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellin hyvä sijainti Ponte Delgadan keskustassa. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Ilmastoinnin puute voisi olla ongelmallista helleaikana. |
