asked for a wake up call and they had no problem doing that, and also giving us an early breakfast as we had a plane to catch. |

Nice place in centre of Faro. Very secure onsite parking available for 5 euros a night. If you have your own transport this is essential as street parking is a nightmare. Rooms overlooking courtyard are good - ask for one. Staff very friendly & speak good English. Faro is an interesting city, well worth a look around. It is much less commercial than the beachside resorts on the Algarve. Breakfast is fairly bland, with limited choice. |

The hotel was convenient to the train and bus stations. Also within short walking distance to marina and shopping. It was very clean. The beds were too hard and the pillows were also not the best. |

Very Little to appreciate in this hotel. Room was dirty and small. One of the more expensive and low quality hotel we have been in Protugal. Breakfast was made of old and cheap food. I don't understand the rating of previous people and really woul like to downgrade it |

The hotel was a short walk from the bus station,the train station, the shopping mall. Numerous restuarants were all within walking distance. The staff were very helpful at all times |

I was put on a first floor room on a main road. Rubbish cart woke me at 2AM and from then on a parade of works vehicles constantly kept me awake. |

Hotel excellent in all categories. Quiet room as requested - much appreciated. Staff helpful and friendly but not intrusive. Convenient location near to railway/bus station and all amenities including the beautiful old town and shopping area. Missing it already! We'll definitely be back. |
