Reception young lady very nice person and helpfull. facilities: internet expensive and only one unit.Everything is for hire security items can not be locked because you need to pay for safe lock.Tv signal horrible room 110. Price of room not competable with other residencials.Music in the city playing until 04.00am how can a person sleep? |

It was nicely situated from the beach and main strip, it was very reasonable for the price, and the chap who worked in the garden bar was very friendly. Most of the reception staff were a bit impatient and a little hostile, im unsure why but we were not the only ones to notice. |

Very central to Albufeira yet quiet Breakfast finished at 10am, could have extended to 10.30 or 11am. Also bar closed 7.30pm. |

Very reasonably priced, nice location and good value but......... The smell of drains in the room was unbearable and it was really noisy in our room but not smelly in our dayghters room so maybe we were unlucky |

Ya llevamos varios años reservando en este hotel, por lo que nos parece que está bien situado, limpio y con un trato agradabel. Los ruidos de noche, la gente cuando llegan tarde a sus habitaciones hablan en voz alta y no dejan dormir y el personal del hotel no les dice nada |

Personnel sympa, près de la plage et de nombreux restos et bars. Tout près des bars très bruyants, sans protection sonore - bruit jusqu'à 4h du matin; très tôt le matin beaucoup de bruit du personnel de nettoyage, notamment en glissant constament les lits sur le sol en pierre. |

Localización. Nos dieron la parte antigua del hotel, el la última planta (3 pisos sin ascensor). Solo había 3 habitaciones, pero tenia una terraza de uso comun desde donde se podia ver todo albufeira y el mar. No. La limpieza era inexistente. No tubimos agua caliente. El trato del personal llego a ser grosero en determinados momentos, incapaz de solventar nuestros problemas. Solicitamos el libro de reclamaciones e intentaron evitarlo bajandonos el precio de la habitación. Es el único mal recuerdo que nos llevamos de nuestro maravilloso viaje. Volveremos al algarve pero no a este hotel. |

Está muy cerca de la playa y de la zona de marcha No me gusto descubrir que la habitación que teniamos no se parecía en nada a la de la foto de la web de Booking, vamos la noche y el día. |

Comodidade proporcionada pela localização. Perto do centro histórico de Albufeira e das praias nessa zona, acessíveis a pé em cerca de 5-10 minutos. Vasta oferta de restaurantes, lojas, etc. À noite, bastante vida na praça e bares da zona. Por apenas 10 € (ida e volta) é possível a deslocação de Taxi até à zona da Oura, outro local de vida nocturna a cerca de 4 Km. |

Es ist sehr angenehm, dass das Hotel in der Altstadt liegt und nicht im Osten von Albufeira. Es ist kein Hotel und keine Stadt für ein Familien bzw. Kultururlaub. Albufeira ist der Ballamann der Algave. |
