I stayed in a single room for two nights. It is basic and functional with a shower in the room and two toilets and washing sinks just opposite my room. It is very clean and the staff make the beds every day.She is very helpful and nice. It is near the centre-a straight street to the square about 10 minutes' walk. A bus stop and the metro station is just out of the door. After all, it is a great value based on the money I paid. The wall is thin, and I can hear my neighbor's talking.

Good location - close to the center of Lisbon, a few meters to the nearest metro station, fairly good prices, nice view from the window. When I was in Residencial Castomira (end of December) in the room it was really cold in the night. There were no heating. We received 3 blankets for each person, but for other people it can be a problem. Anyway, I think that lack of heating is common in all Portugal as it's rather warm country, so it doesn't pay to invest money for heating when there are only a few cold days in a year.

location very near to metro and walking distance to the city centre. Good value for money. Valeria is very helpful and organised an early taxi for us. very noisy because no double glazing windows, you can hear all the cars and buses passing. If your room is on the 1st floor next to the reception, you can hear all the time people ringing the door bell at the entrance to get in so quiet annoying at night when you want to sleep. The other receptionist was not able to help us with basic information.

Extremely close to the metro station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Doesnt have an elevator, but the staff was able to help us staying in the partner hotel right across the street. Which was better, recently renovated, all new, great facilities and staff.

Best of all I like the location. It is near the undeground and I easily got to railway stations to Kashkaish and to St. Apolonia to go to Porto.Tram 28 was also very close. On the way to the hotel there was a couple of night shops for buying fruits. The first room I got was very poor, not only because of the absence of a bathroom. It was to the noisy street, very narrow with dark light. That very day i changed it after extra payment for the one to a quiet street and with the bathroom. That is why value for money was not in my favour. There was one receptionist who spoke and understood English and she supplied me with necessary informftion, this was really helpful.

The location is great- 2minutes from metro station, 20min walk from the main square and big shopping street; next to the hotel there is a cafe and a 24 hours shop. The staff was kind and helping, although not good speaking english - they helped us with calling a taxi early in the morning, helped us with the suitcases on the stairs. The room was clean- they've cleaned it every day. The room was very small- I mean there was almost no space between beds and wall ( but well- it was OK for us ). Another thing is that our room was with street-look, so at night it was extremely noisy from the trams and cars outside- you should put your ear-plugs in order to get some sleep. And the stairs were small and high- it is very hard when carrying suitcases.

Perfect for going to visit Lisbon, with the metro stop right beside the door (2 stops away of the city centre/downtown or just 15/20min walk). Very friendly staff and excellent value for money!

A zona é bastante assustadora.

“The staff was very very nice and helpful, always willing to help or to guide you. The room was very clean and there was daily cleaning service included in the price. The hotel is less than 100 meters from Arrois Metro station, so it's very easy to get wherever you want in Lisbon. I would definitely recommend it!” Diana, Bucharest |
